This hotel gave us a pleasant surprise- new, clean and friendly. Although it has only three stars, I would give it all four. The rooms were very good and the breakfast was wonderful! We will definitely come back here next time!

I've stayed in this hotel twice now. It's a modern business hotel with many comforts. The hotel is conveniently located near many bigger cities, with easy access to a highway. However, it's at the edge of a small town in a quiet residential area. You can definitely get a good night's sleep for a moderate price. The room is spacious and modern. There is a desk and USB outs to charge your phone. However, the only international plug is at the desk. If you want to plug something in by the bed, you'll have to use a converter. You can easily get one in the supermarket 5 minutes away. There is a very full minibar, so to put in your things into the fridge, you'll need to take some things out. The bed is very nice. On the TV some channels can be set to English, but not a lot and not all the time. The bathroom is big, with the usual bidet. The shower is comfortable, but by default set to the waterfall showerhead, so be careful. The water may need some time to warm up. The towels are fluffy, and there's plenty of soap. They even have intimate soap. Breakfast is very nice. They don't have any hot items, but plenty of croissants, cakes and yoghurts. Even lactose free ones. The nice person at the bar can make you a lovely cappuccino with even soy milk. Not a lot of savoury things though. Italians tend to have something sweet for breakfast. However, in the near future the breakfast is going to be in the extension they're building. I hope the quality won't change. The restaurant where the breakfast currently is, is very good, kind of a neighbourhood restaurant. Wonderful pizzas, nice seafood. I ate there every night. Overall, if you're in the area with a car, I highly recommend this hotel. It's away from the hustle and bustle, but it's quiet and comfortable. A super clean, modern and friendly hotel. Garage, free and stable wifi, silent surroundings and restaurant and pizzeria just in front of the hotel. Very large choice of breakfast buffet. Not so many English TV channels. Don't miss the VERY unusual grappa bottles on display in the lobby!!!

I have been at Hotel Veliero one night during a business trip. The Hotel has been recently refurbished and the attention to the details of the owners is excellent. you will find towels, toiletries environmental friendly, big beds and a wide comfortable desk were to work or browse internet. The room is spacious and the cabinet can accomodate a lot of clothes easily even if you travel with family. The shower is wide and you can have a comfortable shower without squeezing in. The breakfast is superb and i found soya milk as well as gluten free items. the owner served me several freshly brewed coffees and cappuccino. At the reception the guy suggested me a restaurant were to have dinner, as their own one was closed for summer break. he was super helpful although the choice in Pontevico is really limited. Logistically is well located close to the A21 motorway and has a free parking space easy to access.

Stayed here for a wedding in mid February. The hotel is brand new and everything is in great condition. The restaurant adjacent offers great food which perfectly compliments the hotel. Free outside and underground parking is great. Hotel wi-fi is acceptable and we had to request for Iran and ironing board which was not included in the room. However, the staff are very accommodating and were wonderful hosts!!

Great rooms, simple but modern and very clean. Friendly staff, and they put on a great continental breakfast including pastries, meats, cheeses etc. Plus an array of cakes!! Would also recommend eating an evening meal in the restaurant, the menu is huge and the food is fantastic.
