Although we were here only 1 night, we have had an excellent impression of this B&B. Very spacious bedrooms, top notch bathroom. The weather was great, so we could enjoy the rich breakfast outside. The house is connected with the champagne house Olivier Fedyk. Very nice champagne for a remarkable low price. If you are thirsty and the great hostess... More

We made an overnight stop at La Chevalée last year and so enjoyed our stay that we decided to come back for a longer stay this year so that we could explore the surrounding area on our bikes. We had the same room as last year, (Bucéphale), which is spacious, comfortable and well appointed with a lovely view over to... More

Two nights and we loved our visit. Cecile was a fantastic hostess. Our room was very spacious, with a lovely ensuite, breakfast was better than you could have wished for in your wildest dreams. In the area again there is no doubt where we shall stay.

Beautiful rooms with a view down over the champagne vineyards to Epernay, magnificent bathrooms. Breakfast is sumptuous - how I would have loved to have eaten more - at least 4 different cheeses, 3 types of meat, bread and pastries ... I can't go on, my mouth is watering at the memory. We were able to park our classic cars... More

This is a must stay if you are in the area.. Cecile is so helpful and friendly.. On this visit we took friends and stayed in the newly renovated part of the house.. The renovation is fabulous with furniture and accessories more like a 4/5* boutique hotel than a B&B.. The breakfast is die for and kept us going all... More

The title says it all! Cecile provides a wonderful warm welcome to her beautiful and photogenic home. Champagne welcome is just a taster for the comfortable and well presented home. We will return and stay for longer.

We arrived after a day of travel to be greeted warmly by Cécile and a welcome glass of her delicious house champagne. We stayed in the Suite Embelle, up one easy flight of the old wooden staircase and above the breakfast room. Our teenagers shared the Suite Bucéphale on the floor above us. Both rooms were very comfortable, clean and... More

I'm always a bit apprehensive about B&Bs, but the reviews on TA promised this would be a good experience…and it was a great experience. After a quiet afternoon at Au 36 (see my review), we met Cecile and she checked us into our sweet room as it began to rain. We got to meet the horses, the chickens and just... More

We stayed as a stopover from a Alps ski trip and what a lovely break from the travelling. Cecile is so warm and friendly, a glass of champagne to welcome us, and she helped us with reservations at a local restaurant. The 2 rooms are huge, beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean. The breakfast is incredible, wonderfully presented and delicious. We... More
