There are amazing we stayed there for almost week and they treated us just like family. They had smile everyday and offered to take us fishing told us were a nice beach was and were pick blueberries. They would sit chat with you everyday. I would go back in heartbeat espically with us being evucated from red lake I would give them plus 20 if I could.

Our stay was not intended as a vacation but needed up feeling that way. We were evacuated from our home in our small community at 10:00 at night because of a forest fire. Andy Myers Lodge took us in and made us feel welcome and at home. They went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and not feel like we were a burden to them. My husband was not with me at the time , it was just myself and my 2 cats (which I might add was not a problem for them to stay in the cabin with me ❤️) my husband was a little disappointed that he wasn’t there to enjoy their beautiful lodge. I highly recommend their little piece of Heaven to anyone that wants to get away and have a beautiful vacation. Julian , Nicky and their family are a godsend. Love you guys. Karen, Tika and Gracie.

This is a solid full service lodge. Some of the best guides you will find. When you pull your boat in, deckhands run to your slip to assist. I saw people on this review, one guy in particular complaining that there was no bite, or no TVs, or a pool....These are not real fishermen. Not the type that should go to AML. He complained that he could go rooster fishing for the money lol. People who go to AML are serious anglers, most often targeting muskies or walleye and this lake is one of the best on the planet for each. If you have energy at the end of the day to want to swim or watch TV, then youre doing it wrong. Cherish every moment on a lake like Eagle. Fish from dawn til dusk. This is what a lodge and lake like this is for. And for someone to complain about not catching muskies....lol..fish for bass and leave the muskies for the big boys. Its a notoriously hard fish to catch.

The cabin was old and had little heat in the cold nights. Meals were OK but I was far from happy with the over all service. The owner and his staff swore all of the time and the owners dog would not move and was aggressive to all of the guests. I have never had a guide fish while I was fishing before this trip.... the guide was more interested in catching his own fish then helping us. To bad this was a very nice place.....pick some place else to go.

Can not say enough positives about the lodge, the friendly staff, the excellent food, the cabins and the world class musky and walleye fishing. We fished 4 days and put a 45 inch and 48 inch musky in the boat. We also took breaks during the day from musky fishing and caught over 120 walleyes. Plus our 2 guides, Brad and Gordo put us on 10 more muskies that we lost. Every morning you meet in the lodge for a hot breakfast before going out with your guide, your boat has a cooler with your lunch in it. When you get back from fishing a huge, hot meal is is waiting for you. The cabins are very clean and the staff is extremely friendly. Without question we will be going back. And one other thing , they also offer a shore lunch where they cook up your fish on anyone of the 100's of islands on the lake which is over 68,000 acres in size.
