The Misty Mountain Plantation Resort is a beautiful resort spread over many acres with cottages to stay in amidst the many tea & coffee plantations. The greenery, the sound of crickets, the birds chirping, the mist in the mornings and evenings is something to be experienced. Everywhere you look is lush green and very picturesque. We were a large group... More

Go there during raining season. Best place to enjoy the calmness and beauty of Idukki. You can have a private river and a water fall in plantation. Awesome , superior. How to express I don't know its above words. just go and enjoy.

The title just sums up the sounds you can hear in this resort! Filled with birds (we identified 15 + different varieties!), this scenic place is soothing on both the eyes and ears. If your idea of the next vacation is to be away from the crowd, peace and calm - this is the place to be. Around 5 hours... More

The resort and surrounding including huge tea & coffee plantation, is an excellent environment for recharging and enjoying a vacation. The service was exceptional. The food was as good as any op notch Indian cuisine. The guarded activities like plantation walk, fishing, cliff view are also the traditional events were of the best quality. Worth a repeat visit, anytime.

Plantation trip organized by the resort (costs 850 rupees) was awesome. Trip includes 3 water falls and 1 view point. It was nice to enjoy in our own private water... More
