I won a Mother's Day competition & stayed under the Healthy Lifestyle package.... Amazing from the moment I drove in to the moment I left, the staff, venue, accommodation, food, services & just environment were out of this world, the program and day to day activities were fantastic for the seven (7) days you can join in or do your own thing, group walks, hiking, steam baths, massages & treatments a must, the group I was with were amazing have made new friends, thank you to all and if you are thinking of doing this do it, it will change your life xx

From the moment I arrived at the retreat I felt comfortable, safe and completely supported. The service can only be described as better than a 5 star resort as the whole staff are totally dedicated to providing 100% care in every aspect of the retreat. Nothing was too much trouble and every need was attended to with care. Yet there are no intrusions on privacy if you require personal space and time. The food is absolutely exceptional and provided with detailed explanation of the ingredients. Cooking demonstrations and recipes assist in reproducing this at home. If you need anything from juices to smoothies to a full meal this is prepared for you. My room was gorgeous with lovely views in a tranquil setting . The property is maintained with care and thorough attention to detail. Great amenities and I particularly enjoyed the steam room. A lovely pool allows you to cool down.

This is the most amazing tranquil retreat I have found. The grounds are just beautiful and so well maintained, even in this time of drought. It's a credit to the staff. The rooms are lovely and comfortable. The treatments on offer are amazing. The food is really delicious with cooking lessons showing you how to prepare what you are eating. Congratulations to Gary and his team for offering us such a wonderful place to revitalize and rest our bodies and minds. If you wish you can just, walk, steam, eat and sleep. But most of all rest in this beautiful little oasis. Thank you

Highly recommended. Living Valley naturopaths and staff really know there stuff and give excellent advice. I did the one week detox and it really got me back on track for healthy living. I lost weight, my gut health improved and I am eating much healthier now and was given an exercise program that I am still doing 7 weeks later. Our room was nice and the steam room is really good and the food was excellent.
