We stayed here overnight on 29th December. We actually live locally but as we had a house full of guests for our son's wedding, my husband and I decided to book into the Robertson arms. It was a good decision. The room was tastefully decorated and warm. Very comfortable bed and all the facilities you need. Breakfast in the morning...

4 of us had lunch at the Robertson Arms and all enjoyed our meals, the battered fish was excellent, I scooped up every morsel. Good decor and reasonably priced, I am certainly likely to return, probably more than once.

We needed a one night stay near Lanark as our usual accommodation was fully booked. The Robertson Arms was recommended, and we were not disappointed. Accommodation was good and breakfast (included) very good/

Stopped for a quick bite to eat whilst visiting family. Nice little pub, clean and tidy with a good varied menu. The young waitress (Amy) was friendly, polite & professional. However, she did look to be intimidated by her colleague (older gentleman, possibly the owner?) who brusquely spoke to her and who paid us no attention whatsoever when we left...

We stayed at the Robinson arms hotel as an overnight trip to Scotland. The welcome from the owner was warm and the room provided was comfortable with excellent products available. We had a meal in the hotel that was well priced and the breakfast set us up for the day for our return to England

Really nice restaurant / bar, with good food. The breakfast had everything you could possibly want. Couldn't really fault the staff or room, made comfortable for the 2 nights. Will be staying again in the near future (have already booked up)

Very clean rooms and bathroom, great to have tea/coffee & biscuits in your room as well as complimentary bottled water (both still and sparkling). Great food in the pub/restaurant, and a great selection at breakfast too. Very good value for money.
