The first unpleasant impression is that it does NOT have proper parking. A 200 rooms the hotel has a micro-parking lot with 30 places in which I never got a place during the whole stay. Parking is a nightmare just like in Bucharest or another big city, that is if you needed to feel at “home”. Room services for 5 days were as follows: - the cleaning lady came only once to clean, that is she scared a little the dust with the vacuum cleaner, operating only the center of the carpet. When I asked her why she doesn’t do a proper job, she told me that they had a note not to touch our things, and as result she didn't want to bother our slippers left by the wall! She did not wipe the dust on the desk, bedside tables, etc. at all. - only once in 5 days he changed our towels. A 2 * room at a price of 4 *, how the hotel proudly brags! The room is very small even for 2 adults, and when we’ve put a bed for a 13-year-old child, we actually had no room to maneuver around the room, we hit our ankles endlessly at the foot of the bed and other furniture. Small, unrenovated balcony, with cigarette butts on the floor, and the maid didn't even want to pay it a visit on that one time when she honored us with her august presence ... Good thing the internet worked well there. If you have food included then expect bad, tasteless food, like "a lot and bad". A tourism professional explained to me that this is where the Romanian hoteliers hit the tourists, with bad food from which they make at least 80% profit. That's why an “all-inclusive” makes them super happy! They also have an a-la-carte terrace, but seeing what their kitchen produces for all-inclusive meals I didn't have the courage to test their a la carte skills. The hotel is on the beach, at a small and abandoned, dirty bay. The entrance to the water can be done only on the sides of the bay, and once inside you want to get out as soon as possible to go to the shower! People were going to the neighboring resort Neptune about 500m - 1 km to find a more normal beach ... Obviously, in the hotel advertisement, the access to the beach is placed as a mega point of attraction!

Nice room, but not extremely clean. In shower it was hair from, i think, previously guest. All inclusive, but only in restricted area (pool), only coffe, beer on plastic glasses, water and carbonated juices. It's not a nuisance, but it's good to know. The assortments of food at the main meals are limited, for example for dinner: grilled chicken legs, spaghetti, breaded fish, polenta, cheese, stew, tomatoes, peppers, salad, french fries, cakes. Alchoolic: some medium quality cognac, medium quality whisky, beer on plastic glasses, carbonated juices. Beach is normal, but in water i found more rocks, you really need water shoes.

This hotel deserves no more than 2.5 stars! Room: very basic, electric sockets are older than I am, makes me wonder on the entire electrical and safety systems. The materials and fabrics are the cheapest possible - not 4 star quality Bathroom: disgusting, tiny shower with rust and limescale everywhere. The only toiletry provided was a body wash/shampoo that was dilluted x10. Not 4 star standard. Toilet seat is made of poor plastic and has some kind of red paint residue on it. Shower was leaking water everywhere on the floor Room cleaning: they only vacuumed the carpet and the room had a very very heavy sweaty smell after the cleaning lady finished. They did not even pickup the towels we laid on the bathroom floor to clear the water. Also, we often heard the cleaning ladies talking loudly on the corridor in front of our door, they were complaining about each room and how the tourists are being untidy. Wifi does not work and the reception always said they will pass the info on to the manager but we never got wifi during our 5 night stay. Restaurant is acceptable for a 3 star hotel. Serving very basic dishes and almost the same every day with very slight variations. I only saw 3 types of dessert but they had a good choice of seasonal fruit. Snacks are the same every time. There are 3 playgrounds, one on the beach, acceptable, one indoor near the restaurant which has almost all equipment broken and another one that is very hard to reach, behind the game room, or maybe it is intentionally hidden because everuthing that falls from the trees above, birds and stuff from balconies is still found among the toys. However, there is an entertainment gang for kids with activities througout the day but that is only available for all inclussive guests. Staff is very unexperienced but this is typical in this seaside sector so no need to blame the hotel. Again, this is definitely not a 4 star hotel, do not spend your money in this fraud!!!

I am here with my boys, they are 3 and 11 years old. I've camed here for lays. I've payed 400o lei for 5 night and the services are like 2 stars.... last year I was at 3 stars and it was much better. In Eforie Nord. Any way....the room is small and not very clean, the bathroom is not well renovated and not clean. They don't have space for childrens, they have only the space from outside in sun with 2_3 things to play.... there's no gym.... no games for kids....the drinks are diluated and at glass..... they serve only 7up, morbidă and pepsi diluated and "limonade" with a lot of sugar..... the food are not for 4 stars ever....sometimes are good.... they don't deserve 4 stars never. I am very dissapoined....the beach are very dirty and with stones...is an expensive vacay with the worst conditions. The fridge are very dirty... we don't have water in our rooms.... but they say what you can make coffe...with what? If I payed all inclusive we have only a good view, new furniture and the pool, is ok but small.

The rooms are very cozy and by bathroom was newly renovated. The food was very tasty and you have from where to chose. Also, the staff was very helpful, as my key card demagnetized. I had some relaxing times. As it has a private beach it was not very crowded during my stay. The beach is somehow rocky but I do not think that is the hotel's fault. The hotel is on the beach, so is very nice in the evening as it is a bit windy and you can sleep very good. To be sincere, i did not open the AC. All in all, it was very nice. Great for family with kids and for couples to relax a few days.

the worst choice .. I paid for 4 nights 3450 lei 2 people all inclusive .. what do you think I received: beer, water, juice at the dispenser, all just by the glass, .. on their beach the drinks are for a fee .. no. it gives you a frappe, an alcoholic or non-alcoholic cocktail .. the food is good but you are given about the same every day .. the rooms are pretty clean .. the minibar is only offered for the first day of welcome .. a maximum insensitivity. not worth 4 stars

We were here also one year before, and for those prices, we closed our eyes to some inconveniences. This year they went from 3 to 4 stars, increasing the prices, and describing extra features for their so called all inclusive, which only one was true: the daily minibar refill with 2 sodas and 2 beers. The game room, as we found out, was accessible only after 12AM, because the girl at the bar said she is too busy in the morning to provide us the controller. Probably she would not give also any other accesory, like cues and balls for the 8-ball pool table. We felt like beggars asking for change when we went to ask for the controller, accesories. Did not feel like wanting to relive the experience, and just added this to the list with reasons not to return here. There is no activities for kids in the evening. What they call activity is access to the kids play area from the restaurant, during dinner. Only a girl that supervises the kids playing while you eat. It was the same like last year, but the site presentation sounded like some entertainment for kids, like there is in all normal all inclusive hotels for families. Morning fitness program on the beach, out of the question. The same food at the restaurant like last year, good for kids, because they are used to simple food, and accepted it with minimal commplaints. Not good though that you had to wait in line for cakes, kids drinks, and even food. I needed to visit the buffet from time to time to see if they refilled the trays... In the evening you had to wait to get access in the restaurant because all the tables were occupied. Not good for the patience of the kids, and our mental health trying to convince them to wait in line. The internet was not working at all in the rooms. Most of the time it did not connect, and when it connected, it had no internet access. Used our mobile plan... The beach we went here for belongs to the Hercules hotel, and this year they restricted sand access for towels in front of the beach chairs, and allowed only on the sides, near the concrete pillars, and in the back of the chairs. Another negative point in our perspective. The balcony door did not close well, thus allowing outside noise to come in. Mainly loud music from the street businesses, more precisely for the electric bumper cars. Had to buy ear plugs for the kids so they could go to sleep without crying. Dog barking and rooster yelling were also included in the all inclusive noise treatment. TV is this year LCD compared to the CRT last year. But Nextgen/Romtelecom installation ruined this also besides the internet. Only a few kids programs were working ok, but these too pixeled every few minutes. The room was kept clean, but this does not overcome all the negative parts described above. They upgraded to 4 stars, and we expected drastic improvements. Nothing of such kind. All our friends that went to other all inclusive hotel here in Romania, described a very different experience, something close to a normal all inclusive package. All kinds of deserts, no long lines for food or deserts, snacks all day long, access to games all day long, real entertainment for kids, during day and evening, all of which we did not get to enjoy here.

I expected less from the hotel, but when we arrived, we ware very well pleased. The hotel is newly renovated, very close to the beach, it has parking spaces with a 5 RON (~1 eur) per day tax. We only had breakfast included, but the hotel also offers all inclusive. I don't know about the all inclusive meals, but the breakfast was very good. The wi-fi works only in the reception area and the restaurant, but this wasn't a problem for us, because we used our mobile data plan. The rooms are clean, average size, with balcony, A/C, small CRT TV, fridge. I suggest not living your kids alone in the balcony, because the railing is not very high. The beach is average and the water has rocks, but it is not very deep and it has wave protection, so it is suitable for children.

Wifi doesn't work at all in your room. Rooms are very very small with an old small tv. They do have air conditioning but that was about it. The bathroom smelled awful for some reason. The all-inclusive food was barely decent and the restaurant where you eat is extremely loud and crowded with lots of children running all over the place. The beach is nice enough, you have your own umbrella but the water is terrible with big rocks and lots of people - i would suggest using a different beach for the water. Also our room had to be checked if we didn't steal anything when we left and i find this unacceptable.

The hotel was nice but I could not use all the facilities as it was not yet open for tourists. I went there for a wedding this spring. I wish to write more about the restaurant. The food was good and I can praise especially the aperitifs. The great thing is that from the restaurant you can step out directly on the beach. The space was well designed and most of the meals were fresh and well cooked. I would recommend it as a pleasant place to eat, thanks to the location and food&drinks.
