Stayed a quick night at this establishment. The check in was quick and the staff were friendly enough. There hotel is literally across the street from the Regional airport. There is paid parking on site. I don't recall the cost being that expensive. The room was nice and was very big, was surprised at the size of the room. My room had a decent view overlooking the airport. WIFI was good Breakfast was sufficient, nothing great, nothing bad. Bathroom was on the smaller side given the size of the room. They recognized the IHG loyalty program and left a "goody" bag in my room. Overall, I would stay here again for short stays.

This hotel is right opposite the airport. That said, although not far, it's hard to get to on foot. It would mean lugging your suitcase through the car park, and then along a busy road before crossing that to get to the hotel. Due to the nature of the job I was there to do, I had a driver who took care of that for me, so I am not sure if there's a free shuttle back and forth between the airport... but I certainly wouldn't want to walk it, and definitely not at night. Once inside the hotel, all is good. It's a smart looking place, very modern and functional. Check in was easy to do and within minutes I was up in my room. Not a huge room, but large enough. Crucially it was also quiet. There was a lot of activity at the airport whilst I was there, with flights at all hours. However, these didn't bother me so the sound proofing must have been reasonable. The bed was comfortable, and there were USB sockets to charge up phones and the like. What I don't remember having was a fridge, but I could be wrong. The bathroom was smart and had what I needed. In the reception area there was a bar. I didn't think it was open, but I think environmental considerations means that many lights in Poland switch off more quickly than I have experienced elsewhere. Given both the climate and energy crisis we are facing, this is no bad thing. And as soon as I went to the bar, someone came along to serve me with whatever I wanted (alcoholic drinks or tea/coffee etc). I didn't eat dinner there, but did have both breakfast and a lunch. Quality was good, and although not a huge selection, there was enough there to be satisfied. If you need space for a meeting or work, there were rooms available for hire, too. They are happy to store your luggage after check out as well. I would stay in the hotel again. Staff were efficient and friendly, and the hotel was modern and clean. Food and drink was good for where it was. It's particularly handy for the airport. If, however, you are here for pleasure and to see the town, then note that this is 15 or so minutes taxi from the centre of Rzeszow. Not too far, but probably not ideal if you want to be able to walk around the place and not faff about booking taxis to go for dinner etc.…

The place is very new. Rooms are small but comfortable and not sure about sound dampening as not too many people were staying there. The bed was comfortable and the shower was satisfactory. The people working there were amazing. So kind, helpful, understanding. Just one of the best experiences I have ever had with hotel staff at check-in and at dinner. The next morning there was a manager and he was more like I expected. A bit less genuine and had the hospitality fake smile plastered on but he was still pleasant just not as real and genuine as his staff. Still, I would stay here again in a heartbeat. The dinner was solid too so hats off to the cook/chef in the back. Oh one other thing - walking there from the airport is a bit of an adventure. You can see it directly from the terminal but there is a field with a fence so instead you have to walk around on the road or on the side with zero sidewalk. There is a traffic circle I had to navigate where a couple were in their car drifting around the circle about 5 times straight at a good rate of speed - it was really cool as I felt like I was in a Fast & Furious scene!…

I've spent a night at the hotel while visiting a customer. It was a great surprise how close it is was to the airport – you don't need a taxi it's a walking distance. The hotel is pretty new and everything is clean and comfortable. I've enjoyed both, the evening drink at the bar and morning breakfast which is just tasty and fresh. The staff was professional and helpfull. I will definitely use it in the future.

Poorly organized financial settlements. First night charge properly blocked on a credit card. The full cost of the stay was settled the day before check-out, but the money blocked on the card for the first night did not return to me for 13 days and I am still waiting. The hotel was informed via booking.com about this matter but still did not return this money to my bank account. I am not a banker for a hotel and the hotel finances its activities with my money, which is unacceptable.. I don't know if the case will have to end in court.

All activities related to the release of preauthorization have been carried out correctly by our employees and blocked amount has been returned. Sometimes it may take up to two weeks for the bank to release the preauthorization back to guest account, even if the amount was previously released in the Hotel.
