This is a really good B&B. Great powerful shower, a fan provided in the hot weather, a good choice of pillows and a truly fabulous breakfast including 4 choices of bread, a wide range of cereals and yoghurt, fruit, meat and cheese platter, plus a selection of cooked breakfast options too.

My family & I stayed at the Millfield house end of May 2014 as we were in Old basing for a bit of cricket! We were lucky to have found it as it was very comfortable, charming and quiet. I had an excellent night's sleep in a very comfy bed. Shower was powerful and the room very clean. The service was excellent and included friendly advice on how to get to the pubs nearby. I will defintely stay again

This was our third stay over 4 years- it it was a case of déjà vu! The breakfast is still great & polite hosts but the room and particularly the bathroom could do with an update. After getting married at Old Basing House we spent our wedding night here which is just around the corner. The room was lovely and clean with a very comfortable bed. Breakfast in the morning was very nice as well - lovely cooked breakfast with supplies of bread for toast, crumpets and cakes. A lovely stay.

Only spent one night here to visit daughter who lives locally. Warm welcome, spotlessly clean and an English breakfast cooked to order. Only quibble was that the breakfast table seated 8 and we all ate together - not a problem but not what we were expecting!
