I can't say enough good things about this lovely little hotel, which my boyfriend and I stayed at during a brief trip to Bath this past weekend. It was just as gorgeous and charming in person as it looked in the photos online. I'd booked it over the phone a few weeks prior and spoke with Georgia, who was so...

We had our Christmas lunch here, it was a really bad experience. We had to wait almost an hour between each course, The staff were friendly but not once did they come and check on us or ask if our food was ok. The pheasant was so over cooked you almost needed a steak knife to cut through it. The...

We booked the Old Manor House Hotel when we visited the Bath Christmas market this year. The hotel is only 5 minutes walk to the station and 10-15 minutes on the train into Bath, saved having to deal with the massive queues of traffic trying to get into Bath. We booked one of the suites, the room was spacious, beautifully...

Myself and my husband stayed here for 2 nights in September'16. The staff are very friendly. Our room was small but comfortable and clean, we had a bath (no shower). Tea and coffee in room which is a nice touch. On first entering the front of the Hotel is the pub, cracked tiles on the floor and everything seemed dark,...

Friendly, inexpensive, and allegedly haunted, old hotel. Locally sourced cooked breakfast was great. Hotel showed some wear and tear. Stayed 4 nights. Centrally located in the centre of town - close to local amenities.

Booked a one night stay for exploring Keynsham area ancestral churches and villages. Warm welcome from host, nice pub; ribeye and lamb dinners were very good. Room had tight quarters, small bathroom, dated decoration. No Queen/King size bed options, so booked twin. Would look elsewhere if staying in the area again.

Thank you for your recent review and feedback, we do have several larger rooms, although they only have double beds, which had they been available we would have been more than happy to have moved you to. Once again thank you for your feedback

I stayed here in preference to other locations in Keynsham as my experience there had not been good. Booked via booking.com and hadn't realised the room only had a bath and no shower.......not very satisfactory but my fault....not sure I'd have taken the room if Id called in and it was the last one. There was a heating problem but...

Thank you for your recent review and feedback following your stay with us. I would like to reassure you that the housekeepers pride themselves in leaving the rooms to a high standard of cleanliness. On this occasion it would appear that the whilst the plumbers were attending the boiler breakdown the bin in your room was used and whilst this...
