Myself and two friends arrived, weary and footsore after just completing the last leg of our Hadrian's wall walk. We were booked into the Dorset Arms and from the moment we walked in we were made to feel so welcome. Stan and his team were very helpful, friendly and could not do enough to help us, we were made to... More

Some of the rooms are above the kitchen and so get all the cooking smells. The room we got was poorly maintained, run down and in need of renovation. The TV didn't work and there was no Wi-Fi signal. The bathroom had a lot of mould growing in the shower. I cannot comment about the food as we did not... More

Booked this restaurant for my mams birthday meal. It was beautiful food. It was bank holiday and they had a three course special for £4.95. This was fantastic with any pizza or pasta that you want from the menu. We had excellent service from staff and everything was well priced...a great venue...well worth a visit!!!

The Inn is ideally placed for those wanting to be located just on the outskirts of Newcastle. Good place to start your exploration of Hadrian's wall, visit Tyne-mouth or just up the road a golf course. This is a dog friendly place with rooms having ample space for you and your furry friends. Bathrooms are clean and large ,toiletries provided.... More

First time at Sinatras, great value, portions were huge, best italian we have had in a long time, and the service from Chelsea was exceptional, so polite, friendly, welcoming and professional. Well done.

Saturday afternoon, arrived to have to walk through the bar which was also the reception. Very strong smell of chip fat! Shown to the room, which was dirty, not been painted or cared for since the 70's. breakfast was just a slice of toast, table had dirty tablecloths and dirty crockery had to scout on other tables for clean ones,... Like many, this was our starting point for the Hadrian's Wall walk. It's about half a mile off the starting point at Wallsend fort. Ignore the housing estate surroundings - it's a busy but welcoming pub with great value and really well cooked food worthy of many restaurants. After dinner we sat in the front garden while it quietened down... More
