For those who want to immerse themselves in nature, go and discover this corner of paradise. I stayed here one night with my family but wished it could have been more. It is a place to be discovered, the rock garden at sunset, the forest garden. The cottages are beautiful and super comfy beds, the whole resort is beautifully crafted in wood. Many sustainable activities such as mountain hiking, papyrus canoeing and more. I recommend this place for anyone who wants to stay in a real eco resort. We departed from Beach House by boat and arrived at the resort in 35 minutes. We also brought our bikes and on Sunday we explored the area. Thank you for hosting us with love

We booked two nights in a cottage and added a third night as it was such a lovely relaxing place. Hidden amongst the trees on the side of Lake Victoria it is a great location. The peaceful lake is nearby, the cottage very nice and a lovely restaurant with good food. The Ambassador and Harriet are excellent hosts.

It’s the hardest serenity and peace to describe It’s sinply heavenly I liked to attention, care, cleanliness and love in the mix of water and wild forest plus of course the landlords— I mean the monkeys So so beautiful God less the couple

Serenada Ressort is a beautiful hideout on Lake Victoria. Very charming and much more lodge then Ressort, with fantastic views and spacious gardens.!We enjoyed the excellent kitchen and Service. This is the Place to be for everybody being fed up with big city noise, trafic, People and air Pollution. Herr you can relax on your own in beautiful nature. The charming owners have interesting insights to share around the camp fire from several decades of experience in international politics.

We only visited this resort for a few hours at the end of a cycle tour from Kampala but it certainly left us wanting to return. It is beautifully placed on the peaceful shore of Lake Victoria and certainly lives up to its "Eco" label. We were greeted by the owner, Ibrahim and his wife who told us about the history of the resort. We had lunch in the restaurant, which had both meat and vegetarian choices, and lovely cool beer. We spent time walking round the resort and then planted a tree as a legacy to the forest (so cool and a reason to return!). Certainly a hidden delight, well worth the visit.

Went for a late lunch during an afternoon boat cruise on the lake. The food was really good, I had grilled whole Tilapia which is a nice change from the usual deep fried fish usually found on the lake. The owner showed us around his interesting and well planned resort and was good company throughout the couple of hours we stayed there.

After a stimulating boat trip from near Kampala across a northern corner of Lake Victoria, our host welcomed us as we went ashore onto their private jetty up to the main reception area. This was all typical of our stay - a very warm welcome, quiet efficiency, beautiful surroundings, excellent lodges and delicious food. Variety of activities available, gave first class opportunity for bird watching and viewing the local flora, fauna and animals. It all exceeded expectations and so close to Kampala too. A pleasure and delight.

Going to Serenada Eco Resort was a great way to end a hectic year for me with some friends of mine. It was quiet, peaceful and private. Perfect for a getaway and relaxation. I liked the idea of living outside, embraced by the wild, and yet feeling safe. I also liked the combination of luxury and wilderness. The privacy given to us made us free to do dare to do just about anything...especially the crazy things. We did a lot of fun stuff, but my favorite were the canoeing and fishing, the campfire, the board games that aided our bonding. The food was also amazing, with a mix of exotic and traditional styles. Overall it was a very refreshing and restful time for me, and would like to go there annually.
