During my stay, I went to the shrine a lot. I was very comfortable. Qasr Hotel was near the shrine and I could go whenever I wanted. They have very nice and comfortable rooms, and the housekeeping staff was constantly cleaning the rooms.

I've been there with my wife for two nights at Qajar room on June 30 and July 1. Bcz our room was empty they've kindly given us the room couple of hours in advance.
What makes me not recommending this hotel is that I've called the service number couples of times at midnight and surprisingly no one answered! we needed an extra sheet & no one was there to help. I even called reservation and again no one was there I even called at 5 in the morning, after saying prayer, and again no one answered!! Also we in first night both of us had picked plates from salad bar of Ghasr restaurant and while we were eating, a staff came for an excuse and checked what we have on the table impolitely. The next night we have picked only one plate from salad bar but they charged us for two salad bar picking.
These cons hurt the overall feeling of us at the hotel. During the breakfast the restaurant was crowded which is not appropriate during pandemic. But lunch and dinner restaurant were good. Besides I called service number (100) for and extra slippers (was low quality) in the morning, they haven't brought any until I recalled at night.
However I shall tell the pros including great breakfast, high quality lunch & dinner, very good cleaning staff, IPTV air conditioning & ... .
After checking out they've sent a link of Telegram app bot for feedback which doesn't work.

The facilities of the room were very suitable, the space of the room was large and all the necessary items were available in the room. The food of the restaurant was very high quality. The staff of the hotel They are very polite and respectful It was very close to the shrine and we had no problem getting around The view of the room was excellent.

This hotel has a variety of facilities that I enjoyed very much. It is a very suitable hotel for family trips because it has an amusement park and billiards for children. You can even order a PS4 or PS5 game console in the room and play in the room. Good service is provided and 5 stars are appropriate for this hotel

Qasr International Hotel has a pleasant atmosphere and unique rooms that can be chosen according to our own taste. Love Room was the room that I liked very much. I will choose the city of Mashhad. This room is very suitable for young couples.

I would say I had an amazing experience in this hotel. Everything was wonderful. This hotel was full of first-class facilities and the behavior of the staff, especially the guest welfare department, was excellent. They were very polite and patiently answered our needs and our needs were met in seconds

It was a good hotel for the first time and it caught my attention. I didn't think there was a hotel of this quality in Mashhad where I could hold my business meetings because it is close to the airport and I reached my destination quickly and relaxed. It is at a high level in terms of quality
