#1 of 5 B&Bs / Inns in Cavusin
Canela Cave Hotel is located in Cavusin, right in the middle of the famous Cappadocia triangle. Cavuşin Village is one of the oldest settlements of the region where Orthodox Greek people lived in the past. There are dense fairy chimney formations in the region. The first large-volume church of Cappadocia, built with the beginning of the monastery life in Cavusin, is located directly opposite the Canela Cave Hotel. The word "Canela" means "cinnamon" in Spanish, it has been carefully selected to emphasize our relationship and friendship with Spanish and Latin Americans. The facility, which has been serving since 2009, has 7 rooms (the ground floor is carved from rock and the second floor consists of hand-knitted stone arch rooms), 1 rock-carved breakfast room, 1 rock-carved restaurant and a large courtyard. The building, which was started to be restored in accordance with its original by Yarkın Düzkan in 2006, became the first boutique hotel of Çavuşin with the title of "Immovable Cultural Property". The large terrace of Canela Cave Hotel is one of the rare places suitable for 360 degree balloon watching. Traditional products and antiques are frequently included in the design of Canela Cave Hotel. Carpets, antiques, collections and paintings of different times and places are carefully placed in all rooms and other parts of the facility. There are no handcrafted products in the design of the hotel. As a result of the modern age, all our rooms have smart TVs and free internet service.

Upon arrival, my friend Cathy and I were warmly welcomed by the friendly owner with home made shortbread and special Turkish tea, dedicated to make our stay exceptional. He even has booked and prepaid hot air balloon tour for me. This is one of the best cave hotel in Cappadocia. Rooms are really comfortable and very clean. So warm inside of the cave room even outside temperature was just -8 degrees. The best feature is the roof top terrace, it has the perfect view of the hot air balloons and amazing pictures you can take from there. You even can watch the balloons from the bed if you are lucky enough to secure the up-stair rooms. Thanks a lot to the owner for having us and I would definitely recommend this hotel to everyone!

They have a beautiful restaurant where you can find homemade foods. It is also very centeral. They have airport transfer so you can just inform them about the dates and times:)

Amazing location and very comfortable hotel. The manager, Mr Ege, went out of his way to inform, advise and assist, always with a smile. I was impressed with the hotel itself and all the staff. Felt very welcome
