Located on the undiscovered side of Western Olympus, Ktima Bellou is a "green" hotel that follows the philosophy of agrotourism without lacking convenience and high standard services. The hotel provides full accommodation, restaurant, cafe, swimming pool and a small conference room. The restaurant offers classical and creative mountain cuisine, using carefully selected organic ingredients produced in the farm or by local producers. Situated on the national road network, Ktima Bellou is easily accessible by the visitor who wants to explore the greek mainland and experience the most virgin side of the mythical mountain. Words can’t really describe the magnificence of this location. Located in the mountain Olympus just a few minutes from the city center of Katerini, you can find this amazing family owned and run farm hotel. To start with, the bungalow we slept was fully sanitized and cleaned and all the COVID-19 protocols were fully implemented by all the stuff. We really felt fully protected! Secondly, the environment surrounding the bungalow and the view is just extraordinary. During the breakfast time you are allowed to sit near the pool or inside. Everything included in the breakfast menu is handmade and the ingredients are sourced from their own garden which is next to the main building. During launch you can have an amazing dining experience in their restaurant which provides so many tasty options of Greek modern cuisine with many of the ingredients again sourced from their farms. Have in mind that their menu is changing everyday based on availability of their products. It is important also to mention, that, everything in their menu is certified bio ingredients and the hotel is fully eco friendly. The overall experience was amazing and we really looking forward to visit this amazing hotel again. I highly recommend it and the Bello’s family will really make you feel like home.

I had the most wonderful stay! The hotel grounds are in the middle of the mountains with beautiful surroundings, the views were amazing... The staff was very accommodating and helpful! Costas was always present for anything you needed and had answers & explanations for any questions we asked :) Afroditi was very quick to answer any questions I had before our stay through mail as well! Breakfast, lunch & dinner was always super fresh and delicious. The plating was so pretty! I really appreciated their care for the environment and supporting other businesses in Greece itself :) The buildings look amazing, it's all very new but looks very traditional. The room was impeccably clean, good beds (a bit too soft for my partners taste, but that's subjective) and we were greeted with all kinds of lovely little details (like the pillow mist). On some days I relaxed at the hotel and other days explored the surroundings (my favourites were Mt. Olympus, Urlias stream (waterfalls) & Meteora. It wasn't crowded anywhere due to Corona and it being September. I miss their dog Luci already, she was very polite and cute!
All in all, I would recommend this place to anyone, and I do!
Tip: Their jams are amazing, I wish I bought more..

one of the loveliest places we have stayed at. Ktima Bellou genuinely exceeds one’s expectations. It took an hour and a half to get to from the centre of Thessaloniki and yet we had never heard of it. We found it by chance and decided to visit last minute for a weekend getaway. The staff both on the phone and during our stay were extremely polite and helpful. Both the room and the common areas (restaurant and outside spaces) were squeaky clean. The food was lovely (breakfast, lunch and dinner) and prepared with materials grown on the grounds that have been chemical free for 30 years. The room was equipped with anything one would need and the beds offer the best nights sleep we have had in 6 months. In terms of aesthetics, it is one of those times that your eyes do not catch anything that feels out of place, it is as if everything fits perfectly. I honestly cannot praise this place enough. It sets new standards for boutique hotels and it gives the impression that it has been set up in a way that effortlessly appreciates the nature that surrounds the grounds. Highly highly recommended.

Voyage beyond the foothills of Olympus and you’ll come across paradise... Ktima Bellou. It’s quite literally other worldly with only the noise of nature to lull you into a state of relax. Outstanding cuisine (breakfast is quite literally nectar of the gods), incredible location (in 10 minutes you are alone, walking among the mountain tops) and the ultimate in luxury relaxation (highly recommend the hot tub room - we will be travelling from the UK to experience this again). As you can tell, we loved it, and you will too.

Ktima Bellou is the perfect example of Greek filoxenia. The family run ecological farm and hotel is amazing. Everything has delightful Greek touches from the curtains to the furniture in the rooms. It has all the necessary amenities to make your stay very comfortable. Breakfast is deliciously a la carte and all the food provided is very good and grown on site. The family and all the staff are very helpful and make you feel at home and cared for. I can’t say enough about Ktima Bellou.

Fantastic place as all reviews State. But if you go there and plan to relax by the pool for a Day you Will not like it as it is not allowed to use the pool after meals (min 3 hours) and it is closed in general btw 15-16.15 it leaves little time to use the pool if you have breakfast and lunch there. And they Will enforce the 3 hour rule! For that reason i Would never go there again. We spend 5 nights there - everything was good except that stupidity

Excellent but very isolated. Ground floor house was very comfortable,spacious and suitable for a family. Spotless. Big bathroom and very bright room overall with mountain view. Fresh air and relaxation.Needs desperately a good wifi network. Food was homemade and delicious in every aspect, menu is limited and that can prove difficult. 4/5 because of isolation and accessibility to other locations, limited menu choices, just a bit overpriced.We would revisit for sure.

Ktima Bellou is our favorite place to go if we need to relax and have great food in a superb environment. Attention to detail is immaculate, and the hosts are super friendly and hospitable.
All the toiletries are of great quality, the mattress and pillows guarantee a great sleep and the food is to die for!
The pool and the outside areas are very clean, everything is up-to-date when it comes to Covid-19 safety regulations, felt very safe and looked after. Can’t wait to go back!

This was the third time we returned to Ktima Bellou. Each time we were worried it will not live to our huge expectations from the previous visit and each time it exceeded our high expectations. This is a beautiful ecological farm, with beautiful rooms, amazing food, gorgious mountain view and most of all - most professional and at the same time warm and homy service from the staff - most of which are the family members of the Bellou family who runs the place. It can serve as a great place to stay if you want to travel around the Olympus mountain, if you want to go to the east coast (about an hour drive), if you want to travel in the lovey villages around or if you just want to relax by the pool, in front of the mighty Olympus mountain, and enjoy great food and atmosphere.

This place is absolutely fantastic. We stayed in a house and everything was very well thought out down to the last detail. If you value quality, simplicity and good aesthetics this is the place to stay. The children loved the farm and the owners are very friendly. We also enjoyed eating at the restaurant, once again very tasty and exceptional quality of food with an amazing and relaxing atmosphere. Another highlight is the breakfast, with local products (all organics of course). After the first day we felt like home and comnig back to the the restaurant after a day traveling around felt fantastic. One thing we regretted is the one time we did not eat there, this was a very big mistake of us. To conclude, this is a highly recommended place
