2. Most of the cocktails at the bar are mediocre and take a long time to prepare (they should improve the facilities and train the bartenders,
3. The water used for coffee from the espresso machine in the hall is unpleasant and damages the taste of coffee
4. It is sad that the bar next to the pool, which is the most beautiful, is not enabled,

Although I saw comments before regarding the lack of attention to cats arriving at the hotel, and the hotel's response, we really didn't see anything being done about it. We advise the hotel to take protection and sterilization measures because they are getting out of control.
On the other hand, the drinks can be of better quality. We have been to several decamerons and this has been the lowest quality.

All inclusive, nominal food, often cold, Reheated pancakes. I lost a bracelet, plastic to identify myself as a guest there, it fell off in the ocean because of a strong wave and they made me pay 30 bucks for it and literally locked me into the establishment with a security guard until I pay the $30… It used to be a great place that was my fifth visit there but I believe it is changed ownership or management. Recommendation spent eight dollars on a bottle of rum, go to a nice restaurant and stay at a nice hotel and you will save money in the long run

Our property, in addition to the policy for damages or losses that is shared prior to registration, has the Haccp certification, which guarantees that the preparation of our gastronomic offer complies with the guidelines established for the safe production of our food; including temperature control. Nothing opens at the resort until 10 AM. They have all the pools closed as well as all the entertainment and the gymnasium.
The food is very bland and mediocre at best. The staff was very nice and friendly.
There are too many rules things are not open. I couldn’t even get a taxi until 8:30 AM in the morning because the person at the front desk was unable to order one.
