We stayed here to break our journey. Staff we met all polite and friendly. Our dog was also made welcome. Bowl of water and jar of biscuits in reception. Room was basic but comfortable. There were some cobwebs above TV, but otherwise clean.More

This Travelodge is in a small rest area rather than a big, busy service area. Despite being close to the motorway, my room was very quiet. Room clean and comfortable. Reception staff were exceptional - very helpful, friendly and welcoming. My large dog was welcomed...More

Hope your well. Carlisle city centre is 4.9 mile, taking approx 12 mins. However, to get back from the city centre, it is 13 miles, approx 18 mins. The reason for this is due to Carlisle Todhills having no northbound access, so you do need to travel to junction 45 and come back on yourself on southbound side.
Hope this answers your question and we hope to see you soon.
