My dog loved the place, running round free the entire time we were there, totally welcomed by Steve and loved by the other guests. The place is spotless and obviously maintained brilliantly, we stayed in the 6 person yurt and it was very comfortable. The place as a whole is lovely. We had food in a local pub (the fox...

Just spent a few days at drybeck and it was a wonderful stay. Location is beautiful and quiet, set by the river eden. There were 2 gypsy caravans, 2 yurts and the vintage caravan on site but perfectly situated so you felt like you were the only ones there. The yurts are gorgeous as is the gypsy caravan which is really cute and has it's own well equipped kitchen. The large kitchen area was...

I've just returned from an incredible 3 night stay at Drybeck for my 40th birthday . There were 27 of us (16 adults and 11 children) and 2 dogs. We managed to all sit around a table undercover for evening meals (although very cosy!), swam in the river, walked along the river, made camp fires, cooked marshmallows, ate fantastic pork...

We had a lovely holiday with my two grandkids. The yurt was warm and cozy, the farm was lovely and the kids ran free. We were shown around the farm by Stephen (lovely man) who runs it and saw the piglets and Jack the dog. The kids just loved the whole experience. It's also close by Penrith and Keswick so...

Drybeck Farm is a wonderful, relaxing glamping holiday site ideally situated close to Windermere, Ullswater, Ambleside and the lake District. Also take a trip to Coniston and travel on the steam ship Gondola where Bluebird set the water speed records. Shopping also in nearby Carlisle. The family will love it. Paul Davies
