This was one of my favourite places in France. I just wish I could have stayed longer. The hosts are fantastic, the rooms amazing, and the food absolutely fabulous. It's kind of out of the way (Saint Saturnin), but totally worth the visit. The wine in the area is fantastic and the owner of the Le Mimosa have a few... More

What a great place and such friendly owners, the evening meal was great value and we recommend anyone staying to request this. It was a fantastic experience sharing one large table with the other guests and the owners.

We stayed here for one night on our way to St Guilhem le Desert. Whereas from the outside the place looks unassuming, the inside was unique and the room spacious and different. The owners are extremely friendly and lovely people. Apart from this place, the restaurant opposite and the winery next door the village is pretty much dead though. The... More

When we told the tourist office guide in nearby St. Guilhem le Désert - where the Romanesque abbey is a must! - that we were going to stay in Saint Saturnin, she said "Ah! Le Mimosa! A very good choice!", which cheered us greatly, as when you book over the net you can never be absolutely sure you'll be getting... More
