Stayed for 2 nights. This is lovely old manor house set in beautiful gardens but very quiet, the house is like a grand B&B The staff we met were friendly and professional. We had the large Master room overlooking the lovely front garden the room is a decent size and the bed comfortable with a lovely outlook. Check if the power... More

We spent three nights in the area and were very happy staying in this family home. We loved the grandeur of the building and the views over the quiet countryside; the bedroom and ensuite were beautifully clean and comfortable and we had plenty of hot water morning and evening. Breakfast was fine; husband was slightly intimidated by the abundance of... More

Good: Decided to go to the area as there was a spell of lovely weather. Arrival was grand, this palatial home looks the part. Lawns all well maintained, grand entrance to the house with pretty gardens behind. The rooms were incredible, especially the 'West room'. Nice and spacious, airy with great views. There was also a tennis court which was... More

Peaceful location. Bedrooms clean with lots of furniture/ornaments/pictures. Good quality linen. Good public rooms with loads of furnishings in keeping with a Grade 2 listed building. Very good cooked breakfast but small details need some attention such as marmalade was sparse and apple juice was served in a bottle. Additionally the electric sockets in the bedroom tripped out (no storm)... More

Our friends stayed in a couple of the cottages and these were beyond lovely and quaint with separate living space. The food was... More

Stayed here for one nice. Building is lovely and the grounds are beautiful. Breakfast was great. I can really see why it is popular for weddings. Was quite pricey by Brecon Beacon standards, but it is trying to offer greater luxury than the majority of places. My only niggle was that it did feel quite formal in many ways and... More

Glangrwyney Court was recommended to us and we were certainly not disappointed. The long daffodil lined drive opened up to a beautiful manor house. We were warmly welcomed by Ann and given a tour of the property. We stayed in room 1 which had lovely views and an ensuite with large bath and separate shower.. The bed was really comfortable....
