Our visit to A Channel View Bed and Breakfast was so much more than just a "stay," it was an experience. The accommodations were impeccable...but what really made our visit special was the unmatched hospitality of Ron and Mary. They go out of their way to make sure your Kodiak experience exceeds your expectations. Everything from Ron's "punctual quiche" to... More

We just spent three nights at a really nice B & B, run by a terrific couple, Mary and Ron Doubt. Let's start off by saying that we arrived at about 8:00 A.M, after a very tiring all night trip. We planned on just dropping off our luggage, as we were obviously way early for our check in, and figured... More

Great location, view, room facilities & hosts. Spacious & luxurious. As good as you can want. We used Kodiak as base for bear viewing trip (superb trip) as well as touring island by car. Plenty of wildlife to view!

This was our first time to Kodiak and we were made to feel so welcome at this wonderful B&B! The beds were so cozy and soft - the pillows perfect - we slept like 2 bears in hibernation! Waking up to the beautiful view of the water and islands and a delicious and beautifully prepared breakfast was such a treat!... More

My family and I had an absolute blast in Kodiak- staying in this B&B definitely helped! Ron and Mary were so helpful in every way, from finding trips last minute to even shipping my Pickled Willies t-shirt that I left in the apartment. They even had breakfast to go on the days that we left super early for our excursions.... More

This charming B&B was our home while my husband and I were visiting Kodiak. Everything was exceptional! Our hosts Ron and Mary made our stay extra special, and just took phenomenal care of us. The prepared breakfast was truly a culinary delight. When we left out early, Mary packed us breakfast on the go. Our studio was very warm and... More

We stayed in the one bedroom apartment downstairs with two other friends and although it was more complicated at night with having to set up the sofa bed we thought the accommodation was just excellent. Although we self catered for our breakfast, the supplies that Mary left were way beyond what we expected and, having used up a lot on... More

Kodiak is a busy place certain times of year but we were lucky enough to get in to this fantastic B and B. The owners are helpful and personable. We had the sea glass room which was decorated in blues and greens and had all the amenities. But aside from the ambiance and the incredible view, which we were lucky... More

We decided to visit Kodiak for our 20th wedding anniversary and were looking for a special place to stay. THIS IS IT!!! From the moment we arrived, Mary and Ron made us feel special. Although we had some ideas about things we wanted to do, they asked questions and provided feedback on related activities to consider. They were truly interested... More

We went to Kodiak for the Crab Fest and stayed in the Sea Glass room in A Channel View. The views are spectacular, as were the breakfasts, the accommodations, and the good company of the other guests and our hosts, Ron and Mary. I don't always sleep well away from home, but our room was so cozy and the bed... More
