Liz and the team at Sugar Ridge go over and above to make your retreat "your retreat". The retreat offerings are just that........offerings! One may take advantage of group sits or do your own thing-no pressure, no judgement. The meditation hall is magical, the cabins super cozy and the food is heavenly. One can spend hours in the forest there. This is my second 7 day silent retreat at the center and my experience was wonderful once again. A time to be in silence, reflect and renew one's mind. Thank you again. See you again next year.

Wonderful place to relax, regroup, re-energize, reflect and meet new people of like mind on similar journeys. Fantastic food tailored to your needs. Very authentic and genuine experience. The Centre has adapted to the Covid guidelines while taking your mind off the anxieties at the same time. I look forward to returning.

Sugar Ridge, accommodations and for a solo retreat. Peacefully located in a beautiful wooded area! Liz and the staff are great, would definitely recommend a retreat here or a private stay in the cabins to reconnect to yourself!

Well, in my usual way I arrived to my workshop late and was greeted at the door by staff who were so kind, calming, got me a hot cup of tea, reassured me all was good and sent me into my workshop with a sense of belonging and peace. It was the best welcome I have ever received! The food provided was world class, amazing, nourishing and plenty of it! The centre itself was spotless. Covid protocols were being adhered to yet it didn't feel stressful or pronounced, the atmosphere was still very laid back and peaceful. Staff were fantastic, the workshop was game changing and the whole day was a gift. If you get a chance to hang out with Oliver, he is the cherry on top!! I am going back again next month and can't wait!!!

Best yoga retreat ever. This is probably my 10th time here leading retreats, and everything always runs like clockwork. The food is consistently amazing, the staff is consistently helpful and go above and beyond, and the studio is wonderful and so many respects: the sustainable build, the acoustics, the space and props available. This is my home away from home. I love the people, the space, the energy and that’s why I keep coming back
