Rascals is a boutique resort designed to give our guests the complete experience. We are in the perfect position of town. Quiet but also close to the cafes and restaurants. We offer an onsite spa, international food & drinks, gift shop, lots of cosy places to relax in private or friendly genuine people if you'd like a social environment. We are not commercial but authentic and will give you our experience and advice to make your holiday amazing. Many thanks.
Places to stay are graded on a 0-100 scale. The higher the grade, the easier it is for travelers to find restaurants and things to do within walking distance.
After a super quick stay, I would say that Rascals is a great little oasis quietly tucked on a side street just off the main strip of town. The price point is fair the rooms are spacious and clean. I prefer the premium rooms with the tile floors (there are two types, one with darker furniture and hardwood floors, and the other with tile floors and more nautical themed light wood furniture.) Room 18 is their best in my opinion.
The menu is well priced with great options. cocktails are also well priced and generously sized there is a spa with fair priced massages.
Jackie at the front desk is amazing and a great problem solver. She is perfect for the hospitality industry. The Gentleman behind the desk are also great but I have forgotten their names
I do recommend this cute little hotel.

Awesome little spot stayed for 4 nights with my hubby had a room which doors opened to the pool. Loved the outdoor bathroom. Great aircon. Staff were lovely. Simple breakfast menu, good food. We hired a scooter from the hotel 65k/day which was very convenient to get around. You MUST have a massage at the spa (for 22k surfer back/neck by memory) it was incredible and wished we had more! We can't wait to return!

Wow. Where do I start? Great location, in the heart of Kuta. The grounds are simply stunning. The pool and gardens are beautiful. The decor is tasteful yet fun. The staff were all simply gorgeous; their smiles were such a welcome, they seemed genuinely interested in where all the guests came from and were keen for a chat, and the service always 10/10. The restaurant was stunning: the food was all healthy yet so delicious, and food and drinks were reasonably priced. The room was beautiful and clean, and the rainforest shower stunning. The bed was SO comfortable. I had three days of spa treatments and they were all fantastic: massage, spa pedicure, hair treatment and facials. The wifi was strong for Lombok, as I had to work. The little touches, like bringing a buzzer with menus to you when poolside, down to Mala the doggo... I loved every moment of my time at Rascals, have already recommended it to others, and will definitely be back. The perfect retreat for me to reflect and relax after my dad died. Thank you so much to all of the staff, especially Jaqui, Nari, Banding and Bobby. A truly magical holiday.

I stayed in Rascals for 10 days. The quality of the accommodation is fantastic and well above the 3 star rating advertised. From the outdoor shower to the poolside service, you could not ask for more for a relaxing stay. The staff, who are all extremely friendly and make an extra effort to remember your name, are also available to answer any questions you have and make great recommendations for things to do in the area. The manager / owner also makes time to talk to guests each morning, which in a nice personal touch.
Other guests are friendly and I think it's a good place to stay either in a couple or as an independent traveller.
The place is also in a great location, being about a 10 minute walk from the main street with restaurants etc. Though the food on site is of a very high standard and you could easily eat there for the duration of your stay.
I would happily stay there again!

I loved the pool, brekkie and vibes here. Relatively new hotel and very laid back. The breakfast menu was great I opted for a delicious smoothie bowl one morning and smashed avo the next. Night and sunset swims were great.

This resort is a tropical paradise. The grounds and pools are so wonderful that I don’t know if I should stay in the resort or go out. Every morning an army of staff will be busy taking care of the grounds, keeping it well manicured. Breakfast was superb with choices of sweet or savoury. The menu features a select of healthy food, from grain bowls to toasts and juices. All the staffs are helpful and just being fantastic. The mosque is across the street but not very close (200-300m away). Even though I am a very light sleeper, the morning prayers or the crows from the roosters did not wake me up. The sound insulation seems good, as long as the bathroom door is closed, there are minimal sound from the outside. Or maybe the bed was just too comfortable.

I cannot fault Rascals, beautiful grounds and rooms with the biggest beds and daily house keeping. Incredible options for breakfast - eggs benedict, smoothie bowls, fruit platters, sourdough with different toppings, fresh juices and choice of coffee's. Everything is maintained to the highest standard. You receive a buzzer around the pool area where you can order food and drinks to your sunbeds. A special mention to Nural who has made our stay 5 star, full of knowledge and so kind and helpful. All the staff work so hard and are so positive. I don't want to leave, Rascals is a top relaxation spot in a great location.

Beautiful hotel in Kuta (Lombok). Great pool, very friendly staff, with breakfast included which is more than sufficient. Located only 100m from the Main Street, where you have all types of cuisines, messages, tour organisers and the beach perhaps a further 5 minutes. Will definitely stay here again next time in Lombok.

Me and my partner have been travelling all over Indonesia and came to lombok, Rascals and the service blew our minds.
The staff are fantastic, tentative and always smiling.
Nural made our time here extra special. He was kind, full of information and works incredibly hard.
I have manged in the customer service sector for many years and he has all the characteristics and service skills that businesses in this field require.
If you need anything, just ask and the team will do there very best to make it happen for you or they will find an alternative.
Location is great, rooms are beautiful and the facilities including the pool are fabulous.
The breakfast was delicious! Beats every breakfast out there. Normally you only get a selection of an omelette, pancake or toast. Here you get a proper selection!!!
Best place in lombok, definitely book!!!

Amazing hotel and even more amazing staff. Honestly every single person here, was just wonderful and made sure we were really well taken care of. <3
The hotel itself is beautifully arranged around two big pool landscapes in the city of Kuta, Lombok.
Also the food in Lombok in general is a huge recommendation. I have not eaten so many different international and also local cuisines with a high quality like this in a long time! <3

Hi Maria,
Yep that's right we don't have tea and coffee facilities in the room but we are more than happy for you put a teapot and cups in there for you :) There are water dispensers all around the property with hot water so it's easy to make a cup earlier in the morning. If you need milk we can give you a little jug no stress. Many thanks
