If you want to relax in a beautiful room in a green environment you should stay at Mana. It is so beautiful here and besides the nice Area you can also enjoy some Yoga or really good massages at their spa!

I stayed at the beautiful Mana Yoga Retreat November 2019. Mana Yoga Retreat exceeded my expectations. I stayed in one of the new Cabanas, and it was super spacious & set up with everything you need including the best outdoor bathroom. The grounds were beautifully maintained and featured 2 pools. Staff where friendly and nothing was too much trouble. The delicious food that was made in the kitchen was so good, I really didn’t wish to eat elsewhere. Every meal I tried from the menu was so good and nutritious and the smoothie bowls are Amazing. The open air yoga classes and chalet were a highlight everyday along with a top quality massage in the day spa. I would highly recommend anyone interested in a relaxing slower pace of life holiday who is looking for great value for money , customer service in a relaxed setting to not look past staying at Mana Yoga Retreat. I will be back as it exceeded my expectations. Natalie Jones

i was there for the 200h YTT and everything was perfect. The place is very beautiful and with all the comfortable things we could need. The pools are always fresh for the hot days, everything is always clean, and the food of the restaurant is so yummy!!! i miss the coconut coffees and the chocolate bliss balls!! the yoga studio has everything we need plus the views are very pretty. the teachers and the yoga classes that they offer are the best. The quality of the class it's amazing but the teachers are what i liked the most. Always there for us, kind and smily and i never felt alone. The stuff was always very nice. They were always asking that everything was ok, helping in everything you could need even after my stance there. I can just be grateful and impatient to go back again :)

My husband and I have just spent 3 nights unwinding at this divine retreat. It is a real sanctuary centrally located in Kuta Lombok. We stayed in a cabana, special thanks to the kindness and consideration of management. The room was beautiful, bed was super comfortable, air con worked well, has a great outdoor bathroom and a nice verandah looking over the pool. Everything was well maintained. Staff are really pleasant, breakfast was good and although there is a great menu for lunch and dinner, Mana is an easy walk into the main Kuta precinct where there are plenty of dining options. We did yoga classes with Anton and Kate, both are wonderful instructors and we’ve left feeling a lot looser. The only negative that I would mention is that smoking is permitted at Mana, in the dining/cafe space, it just seems ironic that a facility with an overall emphasis on health and well being would allow such a known health risk. We don’t smoke and prefer not to inhale passive smoke either. Apart from this our stay at Mana Yoga Retreat was just what we needed, pure relaxation, a perfect way to start our holiday.

While you're super close to the relative business of the main Kuta thoroughfare, you'll encounter absolute bliss when entering Mana Retreat. Somehow it feels removed from the rest of the area and totally like it's own little oasis. The two pools are both lovely and all the beautiful tropical plants really add to the atmosphere. The bungalows are stylish and fit in perfectly. And the restaurant serves up some of the best vegan fare in Kuta along with the best smoothie bowls.
