we were given the Orchard Room which had a four poster bed and the biggest en suite we have ever seen. We enjoyed an excellent nights sleep and had a lovely full English breakfast with real Yorkshire tea. Very good value and would not hesitate to stay there again.

Though a one-night stay, we were impressed by the hearty arrangement of every setting and the details attended. The entrance, courtyard, rabbit, many small things....... just reflect the passion of the operator. Very good!

Stayed for 2 nights as we were attending a friends wedding nearby at York Maze. The B&B provided a very warm welcome with beautiful gardens and paddock! Our room (Orchard) was beautifully decorated and very clean, bathroom was also very large!
