The hotel is well located, easy to find. Receptionists are very kind, smiling. It's cosy, luxurious and in the same time simple. Non smoking lounge is available. The rooms are very nice, all you need is available (cable TV, mini bar, safe, beautiful desk...) big bathroom. AC works perfectly and isn't too noisy. Breakfast buffet was very good, a wide...

We visited in early June. Deluxe double room was spacious, well equipped, and with a view of the Kecharis Monastery. Hotel is new, service was very good, food in the bar area and dining room was delicious. Only limited Armenian type food, but this is a hotel that caters to visitors to Armenia more than locals. We enjoyed multiple spa...

Of course Marriott is always Marriott all over the world with its standards but this one surprised with exceptionally caring staff. Nice outdoor cafe where can enjoy beer and snacks. Prices some higher and unjustified considering location but still good especially for a runaway for some celebration like we did. Respect to that staff and the management.

What a fabulous business trip to this hotel. I was part of a conference and for each of our breakfast, breaks, lunch and dinners was treated to exquisite food, delivered in a variety of restaurants and spaces, each with an unique experience. We enjoyed Armenian culture through food, but also local traditional dancing and music, and a mock poker night,...

Beautiful resort hotel. Very helpful staff, and really great food in the restaurant. They have a wonderful area for kids suitable from toddler age to even teenagers as there is also a few arcade games. Room was very comfortable and spacious! Would happily visit again!

We have been here recently with the family and it is a good hotel with enough entertainments both for grown ups and for children. Rooms are clean and the service is good. The only complain is that the breakfast is a kind of poor.

We stayed from 22 December 2015 until 1 January 2016. Some staff speak some English, but the majority do not. The bulk of the clientele seems to be Russian and most of the staff speak Russian, but it would be hard for anyone who didn’t speak English or Russian well to visit. Here’s a list of the things I liked...

We spent couple of days in Marriott in October, which was not high season for Tsaghkadzor. As a result the hotel was not crowded and it was very easy to enjoy the pool and the gym. Generally the staff was very friendly and nice. We had deluxe room with an amazing view overlooking the mountains and Kecharis Monastery. It is...

This hotel was excellent: new, clean, practical. The conference rooms were very convenient and spacious. All conference equipment worked really well, personnel was friendly and supportive. It is also an enjoyable place after work: I loved the spa area with a beautiful and warm 25 meters swimming pool, a jacuzzi, hammam. I ordered some spa treatments and they were also...
