We arrived by moonlight. Everyone was off the street with just a tiny lamp here and there in a window. The moon lit the way along the cobblestones. We didn't see a soul not even at our lodging. The owner had a dentist emergency the day before and had to go stay in another town. She had given us directions...

Almost all rooms offer amazing views of the beautiful surroundings, have lots of light and are very bright. The hostess was very friendly and helpful with information and has useful propositions for visits in the area. The breakfast is yummy with lots of variety. I strongly recommend!!!

This was the best place we stayed during our 10-day honeymoon in Italy. We weren't quite sure what to expect of the tiny town of Labro, but we had a feeling there was something special about it when we found out it was a car-less. Fortunately, there is a large parking lot at the top of the hill right before...

Albergo Diffuso Crispolti is an exceptional place full of things to discover. Ideal for slow travelers that enjoy the warmth and hospitality of Anne and good food in the village. You immediately feel part of the village. Don't miss the 3 nights for the price of 2 nights deal. There is enough to do in the surroundings, as Anne can...

A very tastefully restored historic house in one of the most dramatic hilltop villages in Italy. There's something magical about this place. One enters on foot, climbing up through the incredible village on narrow pathways and twisting staircases. You go in through a door in a wall, and suddenly you are in a secret world, a hidden garden. The hotel...

This is one of the best small hotels we've ever stayed at. Picturesque location, great service, amazing hostess! If you're looking for a quite place to stay this is a perfect choice. Labro is a small village on top of the hill with some very nice restaurants (do not miss them!). It is a charming place we would like to...

Labro is a stunningly beautiful hilltop village on the border between Lazio and Umbria – the kind that seems like it might slide down the hillside at any moment, and the kind you dream of one day staying in. It was restored in the 70s by Belgian architects, and 40 years on, some of them run this beautiful boutique hotel....

A beautiful place to kick back for a few days. Basic but beautiful with a lot of charm. Labro is a beautiful hilltop village with nothing to do but get lost in the narrow alleys, eat well and do some excursions in the area. The owner Anne is the sweetest and nicest host. As the title says, a place I have...

We got married in Labro a few weeks ago and stayed in Albergo Diffuso Crispolti for our wedding weekend. We stayed in Il Cortile - one of the hotel's suites + apartments - which was very spacious with simple, elegant white decor and a beautiful little courtyard. The views from the Cortile (and the village) are stunning and it all...

Labro is a stunning little village on a hilltop rather off the beaten track. The Albergo Palazzo Crispolti is a small and casual hotel with a warm welcome. The rooms are a bit spartan (the hotel used to be a "collegio" for elite rowers) with toilets and showers in the hall, but very clean and pleasant. There are a number...
