Lovely B&B clean modern and family run. Good wi-fi. Breakfast was good and asked if we wanted anymore. Only one problem, there were not any curtains in the bedroom only a net curtai n so once it was bright in the morning (5am) the room was bright. Could do with curtains with blackout lining.

Nellie Dees was a nice B&B. Jimmy was very helpful with directions about where to go and what to see. It was perfectly located with a 4-5 minute walk to several pubs where we listened to Irish music. Room was very comfortable. Wide variety of choices for breakfast.

I took my family to Ireland and stayed at Nellie Dees for the second time. The location is perfect as you are a short walk into the heard of town where the pubs, shops and cafe's are. Our host Jimmy was very friendly and very helpful, he couldn't do enough for us. The room was clean and spacious and breakfast... More

stayed here one night while passing through so we could see the Cliffs the next morning. Very clean B&B with comfy beds. No TV in room, but big TV in sitting/breakfast room for guest use. Good wi fi. Very easy quick stroll down to the local pub for good dinner and a pint. Jimmy and his wife were lovely hosts.... More

Was travelling with my parents and teenage daughter and booked through Air BnB. Directions provided to accommodation excellent, warm welcome, excellent room and spotlessly clean. A small fridge in room with fresh milk for tea/coffee is the only suggestion I would make for improvement. Breakfast was fantastic and very large with cooked as well as cereals, fresh bread, brewed coffee... More

I wanted to see Cliffs of Moher so I found a place nearby in Doolin. Unfortunately, I didn't have much time (arrived in Doolin around 10pm and left around 8am. The caretaker at Nellie Dees was very friendly and welcoming. The room was great for the purpose (a place to sleep), but if I was staying multiple nights I'd likely... More

The breakfast choices were excellent and delicious. The rooms were very clean and nicely furnished, wifi was included, and there is a... More

4 years ago we reviewed Nellie Dees and said it was good for the music, that being our main reason for going to Doolin again. McGans and McDermotts are a short walk from Nellie Dees whilst also being just far enough away if you do want to escape any excess noise. The room was clean, comfortable and well provided for....
