If you're touring Ireland in the winter you'll soon discover many of the small town hotels and B&B's are closed. LANE LODGE STAYS OPEN!!! We got into Doolin late after a long drive around Connamara. Nothing was open. We stopped in at O'Connors Pub, they kindly gave us their number. The owners are incredibly gracious and friendly, great rooms with... More

My husband and I were visiting Ireland on our honeymoon and our plan was to visit Doolin for their great folk music. We booked a room last minute with Teresa. We spent a great night in Doolin and next morning my husband woke up very ill. Teresa went above and beyond to help us out. She drove me to the... More

Teresa was a fantastic host, really friendly and kind. We were in Doolin for a wedding and were really tired in the morning. Teresa didn't mind is sleeping in and made us breakfast at noon! The rooms were clean, cosy and comfortable. We would really recommend staying at Lane Lodge!

Teresa Shannon is a gracious, warm and inviting host/ owner of Lane Lodge. Her home is lovely/ immaculate and the breakfast was wonderful. The location couldn't hav been better! My family of four along with another family of 5 spent two wonderful nights at the Lane Lodge. Teresa helped us obtain reservations for a combination tour of the Aron Islands... More

We managed to get a room here last minute at very busy peak season. Great big room. Lovely bathroom. Extremely clean. The breakfast was super with lovely smoked salmon. Teressa was wonderful and helped us plan our route and day of sightseeing on the way to Galway (Father Ted's house). Next to the pub and 10 mins walk to the... More

We stayed at Lane Loge 12 years ago on our first visit to Ireland. I was delighted that it was free the night we'd be in Doolin. We traveled with friends who were on their first visit to Ireland. Lane Lodge is a great place to stay to visit the Clifs as well as to walk to Gus O'Connor's for... More

We were greeted by the lovely and friendly owner, Teresa Shannon who graciously showed us her available room. It was spotlessly clean and charming with wonderful windows drawing in light and a cute bathroom with lots of room to move around. Teresa asked if she could make us a cup of tea when we settled in which I graciously accepted.... More

We stayed one night at the Lodge, and had a lovely experience that included a clean, bright and well-thought-out room, with en suite bathroom, and a sky-light through which you can see the Irish moon on a clear evening. In the morning, you can hear the birds and cows chirping and mooing harmoniously :)! If you're a fan of traditional... More

Teresa rather spontaneously took our group of four people in after our initial B&B couldn't offer us a room because of a booking mistake. She welcomed us with a big pot of coffee and gave us rooms that were clean and cozy. Breakfast was delicious and we ended up staying two nights at this lovely place.
