We stayed at the Grand Resort with our kids (3 and 7), and overall it was an excellent experience, and super relaxing. The staff throughout are absolutely faultless, and very friendly. Our room was clean, as was the whole resort. We were full board, and all of us were in agreement - the buffet meals at the two main resorts were delightful, with an amazing varied spread, from breakfast through to dinner. The beach is small, but was not busy (at least at October half term), the sand was soft and clean, and the water was surprisingly warm for the time of year. All of the entertainment is fantastic in the evenings, enjoyed by adults and kids. I do have a couple of minor suggestions/gripes though... 1) There should be free water/juices soft drinks with the lunch and dinner, not just breakfast. It is highly irritating to have to pay for water all day, in a 5 star resort. 2) International guests would expect coffee to be available at each meal, even if just the coffee machine that is there at breakfast. It's easy, costs very little, but makes a big difference. 3) In October, guests should be aware that the outdoor and indoor pools are unheated, and therefore very cold. The kids were unable to stay in for more than 15 mins, and came out shivering, as did the adults. I would suggest that at least the indoor pool should be heated in October (the website does say indoor pool heated in winter). 4). The outdoor pool table (and other games) are pay to play, requiring 2 EUR coins. Again, this is highly irritating, especially these days without cash, and seems like a silly way for the hotel to generate extra revenue. 5). The kids club room is a bit sterile, and reminded the kids of a classroom. Not a problem when kids club is outside. Also, a fair amount of the scheduled kids activities did not happen. Luckily, we were not relying on the kids club, but if we were could have been a disaster.

I was surprised about your comment regarding the beds which is a little vague, our beds are new, custom made for the hotel and they are medium firmness on one side and very firm on the other, if a guest requires a softer mattress we place a luxury topper on the medium side to make it soft so we easily cater to all guests comfort requirements. We truly value your patronage and would welcome the opportunity to regain your trust. We would be delighted to have the chance to provide you with a more satisfying experience on a future visit. Stayed at the grand resort Limassol on the 18 September 2023 Very disappointing, apart from the concierge and the manager Yianni at the restaurant the rest of the staff were unfriendly and not well trained, especially the front desk. The carpets were faded and our bathroom was so dirty I felt disgusted Really a great shame we wasted our money.

A super relaxing 2 week holiday at the Grand Resort Limassol. The room was very clean and had a beautiful view from the balcony. The pool bar and restaurant staff led by F & B Manager George were fantastic.making us feel very welcome, especially Pavlos who ran out to help us with our parasol when we arrived. He also continued checking we had everything we needed the whole 2 weeks. The pool was beautiful where we had fun joining in waterpolo each morning with the enthusiastic team. The food was delicious with plenty of variety. I loved the musicians who played at breakfast and the singing duo who sang at dinner creating a lovely atmosphere. Thomas Christos and Gabriel were very friendly and super efficient. I really enjoyed the fire show but would have liked more adult entertainment in the evening. A very relaxing holiday. A Huge Thank you to all the Amazing staff at GrandResort Hotel ! We had a wonderful 2 weeks at this excellent hotel. With its own sandy beach, warm sea & beautiful landscape of palm trees. Our room was always clean with all amenities required. Breakfast had a great selection of food with calming live music. Pavlos was super helpful & organised at the pool bar, along with Alex & Emmanuel seeing to our every needs. Not forgetting the lovely girls Nasra & Kimberley bringing a smile every day. 1st class service & quality at the restaurant with our friendly Thomas , Christos & Gabriel. Enjoyed the Fire show and the beautiful voice of the singing duo. Special Thanks to George Giagkozoglou F& B Manager who made our holiday completely flawless See you all again next time 😘🌞

We’ve just returned from a fabulous week at The Grand Resort in Limassol. The management team, headed up by Mr George Giagkozoglou F&B Manager, went out of their way to ensure we were looked after extremely well - from the super efficient and engaging Pavlos, Emmanuel and Alex who would kindly put parasols up for us by the pool, bring wonderful food and drinks, to the charismatic Thomas in the restaurant where the food was absolutely delicious. The Grand Resort is a fantastic hotel. A beautiful pool and beach, first class service, a super comfy bed and a lovely spa..everything you could wish for. The only disappointment was that I didn’t stay longer! Thank you for a wonderful week in beautiful Cyprus and I hope to see you again next season.

Such a nice hotel with lots of value for money. A warm vibe and feeling from the staff, excellent breakfast, fun activities as ping pong, snooker tennis court etc. Definitely a place to go back to ❤️ Special thanks to Rokel, Dave, Nelio and a waiter from the breakfast I forgot his name maybe Lefters🫣 or something like that.. We spent 4 wonderful days at Grand Resort Hotel. Very reach breakfast with the live music in the open air creates a great atmosphere. One of the best beaches we have ever been on. Grey volcanic sand, clean and very warm water at the end of September. We would also like to thank the hotel staff for the good service, the room was cleaned daily and unnoticeable for us, every time it was nice to come back in to a clean fresh room. Very nice and always friendly staff in the restaurant and at the towel stand. Special thanks to Mr Andreas for making our holiday at the highest level.

I came down with a horrible cold while on holiday, and the staff at the hotel went out of their way to take care of me. First, Sotirula made me chamomile tea with honey and lemon, and was very caring. Next day Elena Cristea took over the caring and went out of her way to look after me with more tea, special food, and offered best wishes for a speedy recovery. Gina Chitan was fantastic at dinner time, and also at breakfast, always helpful, smiling and kind. Although I didn't feel 100% during my stay due to my cold, I felt like I was surrounded by family members that went out of their way to help me feel better and feel special. Also, this hotel has a very nice breakfast buffet.
