The hotel is not a 5*. It’s very dated, needs re doing. the Family room had no bath!! Can only eat in one restaurant if half or full board and the others aren’t always open. The parasol over the pool sun loungers are very old, they need new ones. (We didn’t trust that they would protect our children from the sun) the pathways and steps to the beach from the pool are extremely slippery, so dangerous. Some of the staff were pleasant but had several occasions when the staff were trying to over charge us. We changed our board basis to half board and went out for our meals, we also paid to spend a day at a different hotel which was a 5*, wow what a difference. I would not return and would not recommend this hotel to anyone. The pictures online make it look so much nicer than it is.

We stayed here in September of 2021, and had a great time. The facilities were modern and clean. Customer service impeccable and the overall stay outstanding. Would recommend, great value for money when compared with the 4 seasons, and the e-commerce manager Andreas went out of his way to make us feel welcome and accommodated, great notes to take away, fantastic restaurants, great spa facilities, super large bed, sea view, mini bar. ultimate relaxation break. Extremely satisfied.

Having just spent 3 nights at the Grand Resort, I have to say that we have had the BEST stay here in Limassol. The hotel itself is super clean and beautiful. The pool, beach, facilities are all kept really clean and to a very high standard. The restaurants - for breakfast in Anthea is gorgeous and you can sit outdoors with a garden terrace feel, and we also had a spectacular dinner at Kyoshi, which was a great show by the chef for teppan yaki, but also the food was delicious! We had some cyprus wine as well and the attentive staff explained the menu and the wine list. We had a sea view room with balcony, and the views were outstanding! Really special to wake up to the gorgeous sea view every morning. The rooms had dressing gowns, slippers, mini bar, and water provided each day. The extra touches like the flowers left in the vases in the room were lovely. The turn down chocolates on the pillow in the evening. The cleaner was very thorough with the hoovering and polishing. The bed was so comfortable and huge! Customer service is outstanding, with everyone from the pool service to the luggage handlers, and the manager was exceptional. The cocktails are fantastic, no matter where you get them from, the pool side or the restaurants, the tycoon bar - all well made and perfect. A really great stay, and I would highly recommend staying here for your visit to Limassol. Not too far from the marina, and the hotel concierge shared some great advice on where to visit nearby. Opposite is a bar and a few restaurants as well should you want to venture out. Overall, the hotel was excellent and we are already planning our next trip back!

Overall, this hotel doesn’t feel like a 5-star hotel, but a 4-star. You can’t fault the staff - they’re really friendly and efficient. The sea and beach are phenomenal - it is probably some of the best sea resort experiences you can have. There are a few things that are not ‘5-star’ about this hotel: • Quality/taste of food: Bland and average. Really unimpressive. • Room service: You could come back to your hotel at 5/6pm and it still not have been cleaned. This was again not the fault of the staff - it appears that management just didn’t invest in sufficient room service personnel. • Weekend ‘activities’: There was a wedding booked during one of the weekends, limiting the hotel guest from accessing all the hotel facilities. I do not understand why you need to put an event on at a fully-booked hotel.

Nice hotel & outdoor area.. bathroom could use upgrading or improving.. buffet variety for breakfast good but later finish would be good.. buffet lunch is 35€ pp i find very pricey.. frappe seemed to always be watered down with too much ice no matter how much instructions i gave for the €6 price tag.. pool activities very poor .. had no one professional seemed to have hired this young girl who looks like a teenager to throw balls in pool for kids to catch then do some weird dance which lasts for 5 minutes.. very weird vibes & unprofessional thing to witness as all hotels have on site entertainers.. inside could have more inviting vibes & lighting.. something missing. I think 5 stars is given out very easily lately for hotels. Plus had a family room as wr got 2 kids & bearing in mind one is only 1 yrs.. they gave us a sofa bed which was turned into bunk beds.. took up alot of space.. baby couldnt use it so ordered a cot which took up half the room then 4 yr old was too scared to sleep on bunk bed so got a maid to turn it back into a sofa bed thinking they could both sleep on it but turns out it was only a single bed after all that.. waste of space really
