Just returned from a 2 week stay at Moon Valley. What a fantastic holiday (apart from the noise when the hotel hosted 18th birthdays at the pool side).
The rooms are clean and airy, staff really friendly and helpful, food amazing and all freshly cooked...More
This was overall a very lovely hotel, particularly it's scenic location high up the mountains with beautiful sea and mountain views and passing viaduct and high altitude rail going down to the town and beach. Superior views everywhere and so near the Amalfi coastline. However...More
The hotel itself is located on a very busy main road which is quite hazardous to cross. For this reason it would not be suited to a young family or anyone not so able bodied. The reception area is very impressive as is the pool...More
We stayed here for a week at the start of June and really enjoyed our stay. To start the hotel is in a stunning location, views from the rooms on the restaurant side across the bay of Naples and to Vesuvius - breathtaking! The rooms...More

Thank you for staying and we look forward to seeing you again soon.
Beautiful views from sea-view rooms over the Bay of Naples, but constant noise from the main Naples-Sorrento road, which winds round the hotel on 3 sides. Rooms ok. Food variable quality - service sometimes poor - food had gone cold on a couple of occasions,...More

Very limited within walking distance, however, the hotel van took us into Vico Equense nearby. We took a day trip every day, not returning until later and just had a nightcap at the hotel every night. Hotel breakfast was nice but dinners were lackluster so we ate elsewhere while we were in Positano, Amalfi, Ravello etc. poolside lunches were fine. It was still more affordable to take a taxi to places than pay three times the amount for accommodation in Sorrento or even higher in Positano.
