Stayed here for 6 nights with a group of 10 to visit family locally. We were welcomed with coffee, warm sfogliatelles and croissants every morning. The recently renovated rooms were spacious, modern and super clean. Some of the rooms offered a kitchen and dining area. The area was centrally located for our purposes with views of the sea just a few steps away. The restaurant across the street was very convenient to grab some dinner. The owner was able to arrange a van for the 10 of us for a trip to Pompeii and Mount Vesuvius for the day at a reasonable price. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and will definitely return!

We came to Monte di Procida for our friends’ wedding and stayed here for a week. It was perfect—clean, comfortable, friendly, great a/c, shower and bed. It’s centrally located—a 10 minute walk to the piazza and a short drive to the beaches of Bacoli. Vincenzo and his staff were so helpful with everything from renting scooters and helping us with all accommodations. We loved our stay and look forward to the next one!

This hotel is perfect if you want to be in Monte di Procida. We were in Italy for a wedding that had several events in the Monte di Procida area, so it made sense for us to stay there. It's definitely a local, neighborhood- type area with not a lot of major tourist attractions, if that's what you want. But if you want to be close to beautiful Via Panoramica and get a real feel for this part of Italy, this is a good place to stay. We had rented a car (this area is very hilly and not very walkable at great distances) and were able to safely park in their gated area. The room was clean, on the small side and a bit sparse, but not in a bad way. Just don't expect a ton of fancy amenities. The bathroom was surprisingly large. The service was pleasant and friendly. They speak enough English if you don't speak Italian. If we needed to stay in this area again, we would not hesitate to stay here, especially for the price; very good value.

If you like the smell of smoke this place is for you .
As soon as you step into the reception you’re welcomed by a strong smell of smoke that propagate everywhere
Our room was also cold as the heating was turned off ( in December )
We turned it on but obviously it took time to warm it enough
Honestly I could not recommend it

We regret that she smelled smoke in the lobby, obviously, given the cold, someone let go smoke inside, our fault for not having seen. As for the cold in the rooms, we have a system that starts when you enter the room so it takes a few minutes to get it started obviously. However, thanks to your annotations we will improve

We were able to book this great place while we were in Italy at the last moment and it was charming. It is in the middle of a neighborhood so not the most conveniently located but we were able to walk anywhere we needed to go.
The staff/owners were very personable and willing to help us with all of our requests
including driving us to the bank trying to help us get cash
The room was just what we needed basic but with lots of room as we were traveling with a toddler. Due to the extreme drought the bedding is not changed daily
It was listed as a bed and breakfast, however, it was more of a hotel suite with a morning continental breakfast
The staff/owners were very personable and willing to help us with all of our requests
including driving us to the bank trying to help us get cash
