Great bar to go to after a long day shopping. Good is excellent and reasonably priced. Kids are welcome too. Good selection on the menu. Warm welcoming staff. Off road parking. Or a small walk from Gretna gateway.

The roast beef Sunday lunch was very basic and there was no taste at all,the broccoli was hard the Yorkshire puddings were frozen, shop bought and the whole thing was tasteless, too many tables in the place as you felt on top of each other, we definitely won't be returning

We popped in on a whim for an early supper on a Wednesday evening...I have no complaints at all...service was friendly and competent, asked several times if everything ok or did we need anything etc etc...Food good, we both thoroughly enjoyed our meals, my steak was perfectly cooked to my liking and husband tried the haggis neeps n tatties which...

Waiting and bar staff sigh and grunt when a customer walks in, we live in Gretna and keep giving this place a try but time and time again we are disgusted by the appalling service and attitude we encounter, I don't expect much and not one to complain but these people need to quit their job and go somewhere else...

Have eaten here a few times now and the food is always great. The staff are lovely and always happy to help. They are fab with the kids talk to them instead of ignoring them. They accommodated us being a family of 4. The room was clean and cosey. Will definitely return.

We were greeted in a very friendly fashion by the owners and staff and made to feel very comfortable. The food was delicious, I had roast beef with ALL the trimmings and then an absolutely delicious...

Stopped for a bit of lunch, 2 X burgers one cheese one chilli ( a splash of chilli sauce) a child's meal and Mac a cheese with leeks. Very average every thing lacked flavour all seemed very cheap ingredients. Staff nice and friendly. Very dated. Would we go again. Sorry no

We decided to eat here after visiting the outlet village. The food was poor greasy fish and incinerated lasagne. The food is less than weather-spoons quality but at £10 per main I expected better. Would definitely not return and much nicer places to eat. The surrounding hotels are far better quality.

We stopped here on return from holiday. We Visited Gretna gateway and it was too busy to eat. Family friendly pub. Pub grub served quickly and by pleasant staff. Good value for money and tasty. In need of some TLC,decor wise, but we would use again. Very varied menu which is suitable for bigger parties and youngsters.
