We paid for two standard rooms for three people, but upon arrival we were told that there was only one room available in the 6-story hotel. And this was discovered “as if” by accident, after we refused to buy a hammam. We tried to negotiate for half a day, but in the end the three of us were placed in a cramped double room near the public toilet on the ground floor. We didn’t sleep for more than a day because of the road and the flight, and after much discussion we tried to fall asleep to the loud music that plays every day from 21.00 to 22.30. These are the worst three stars of my life.

Overall, everything is excellent for 3 stars. When we arrived in the room, of course, the cleanliness was not very good... but not terrible. For 4 people, the room is quite large. The food is fine, there is enough of everything, including meat, there is just not much choice, but more than enough for oneself us. A big minus with coffee, hot chocolate, etc. Because every other time it’s good, in the sense that sometimes instead of coffee or chocolate there’s just some kind of water and a little milk/coffee. But by the end of the holiday it got better with this, but the problem still did not go away. There are few sunbeds on the beach, 9 umbrellas and all of them are at THREE hotels, although it is indicated that the beach is “private”. But for us this is not scary, because the most important thing is to walk to the sea for a maximum of 5 minutes, the sea is gorgeous, the beach is colorful and pebble, there are no slabs. Near the sea, or rather, a cool mountain river flows into the sea, it’s absolutely super, it’s very clean. The pool is small, but we never swam in it, there are discos, an animator too, but lbdi somehow they don’t really dance at all... The area is good, there are a number of markets, shops close to the center of Alanya, you can even walk, but it will take about 1.5 hours. In general, I would rate it at 3.5 stars, everything is ok for such a number of stars and cost, we were satisfied with everything. For those whose main thing is the sea, a relaxing holiday, you don’t need MOUNTAINS of meat, this is your place. But of course there is a big minus with sunbeds, because it says that the beach is private, but in the end🫥. I hope this will be fixed.

In principle, the hotel is not bad.
But. It took a very long time to move in. Half a day has passed.
The beach is unimportant.
Pebbles. Even with average surf it is difficult to get in and out of the water.
Immediately depth.
It is necessary to build breakwaters and breakwaters. But this is the city's responsibility.
There are very few yellow sunbeds (free).
Plus one. Underground passage to the beach.
The dining room is not bad. It’s better not to eat salads in hot weather. You can suffer with your stomach later. Non-alcoholic drinks are not always available in the cafeteria.
The bar always has beer, red and white wine, cola and Fanta.
"NO SMOKING" is written on every table. And someone is always smoking in the hall. Hotel staff not only do not stop this, but sometimes even bring ashtrays to such guests. Nonsense.

Where to start with this shocking excuse for a hotel. Firstly the hotel would be amazing if it had what it advertised, food, double rooms, entertainment etc. This is not an all inclusive hotel. Food was very basic and we couldn't eat it so obviously we ate out which cost us over what we had planned for an all inclusive holiday. On offer was watered down beer and wine no spirits, softs drinks etc coffee tasted like the filter hadn't been cleaned for years. I booked a double room and after a 14 hour journey from the UK including tranfer arriving around 2am I can't even put into words what I was expecting definitely wasn't what me and my partner got. We got a basic room, two small twin beds and a shower that went from hot to cold to freezing. The staff very unwelcoming and looked miserable as if they didn't want to be there. Language barrier was an issue but with Google translate could get over that but the bare minimum effort from them was given. When asking for new towels their response was "changed every three days" they wasn't. We asked for new towels and got blood stained ones. Lucky we had our own otherwise we would have up skipped and left. Needless to say we ate out each meal spent barely any time in the hotel due to the tiny balcony that was given. Absolutely appalled by this hotel and wouldn't recommend it to anyone! Such a shame as actually a nice building.

Good hotel
We rested for 10 days with a child
Overall we liked everything)
The food is good, often chicken, meat, nuggets. Excellent for 3*.
Once in 10 days we had pancakes for breakfast. And so - boiled eggs, fries, rice porridge and vegetables in different variations.
Lunch is always rice and pasta, sometimes potatoes with meat, fries again, and some kind of meat.
Dinner is like lunch in general. Vegetables for every meal.
For the first few days they cleaned our house every day, but then they stopped coming at all 😂 they asked us to clean it up, and of course they didn’t refuse.
The bed was changed once in 11 nights, the towels were also changed once, when they asked for it. They said there are a lot of evictions. Therefore, apparently the maids did not have time. But there are no complaints about them, they were constantly busy. Apparently there are not enough staff in the hotels during the season.
At the reception Natalia speaks excellent Russian, she is Ukrainian. We will help you in any way we can, nice woman 👌
The hotel itself is in the suburbs. We rode the bus to the center almost every day.
Sunbeds and umbrellas on the beach are free, there was always enough space for everyone without any problems. There is a shower, toilet and changing room - everything is well maintained. But the beach itself is not cleaned, there are a lot of cigarette butts. Overall the beach is a 4. I advise you to go to Cleopatra.
Nearby there are various grocery stores, like our magnets and fives.
There are very few Russians in hotels. There are many Ukrainians, and a little less Turks and Europeans.
There is no animation. In the evening they just turn on music and a disco ball.
Wi-Fi works in the lobby, by the pool, and in the dining room. But it's very bad. There is no Wi-Fi in the room at all.
The room, by the way, is excellent.
The pool is also good.
And for the price it turned out to be very profitable, the hotel completely paid for itself.
There are almost no hotels nearby, this is an area where people mainly rent housing and spend long periods of time on vacation.
It’s up to you to decide whether to go or not; I described everything objectively, as it really happened.

What I would like to say is that we had a family holiday for 11 nights in this hotel and, in general, the hotel was comfortable. There is only one plus here - convenient location, the sea is within walking distance (1st line). Of the minuses: 1. They rarely clean the room (only at your request, and not right away!); 2. The same type of food (something changed once/twice a week, but everything was the same (pasta, barley and meat substitute!)); 3. For drinks in the bar, there is only beer (probably 1 degree), white and red wine ; 4. Sun loungers on the beach are free, but there are very few of them and I’ll tell you about the check-in process. You arrive at the hotel tired, you go to the reception, the employee says “please wait for the manager, he will come and give you the keys” (you wait about 30 minutes). this manager and you can’t check in without him). After that, the manager comes and starts selling some “baths, massages, spas” at triple the price (he supposedly costs $35 for a promotion, but in fact the street guides have the price). 15$!!!!). The manager’s name is “Jan”, as was said - he can solve any issue (but at triple the price). For example, I bought a SIM card with the Internet for 4$, and sold it for 35$ (and then bargain with $45). After talking with the manager “Jan”, a girl will approach you and sell you leather jackets and only after that you will be able to check in. Internet in the hotel is also paid (I'm talking about wi-fi). In general, the main essence of this hotel is to scam you out of money!!!

My other advice is that if you buy various excursions, under no circumstances buy them at the hotel or through guides from various tour operators (they will tell you that they are safer, etc.), but the price will immediately be several times higher! (For example, the price of a “tour of Alanya” for the above guides costs $35, and for street ones it costs $17!!!).

And lastly, when holidaying in Turkey - pay special attention to the prices!!! They will try to deceive you at every step! Be careful and bargain under any circumstances. Have a nice holiday everyone!

Terrible hotel, 3 short...
The room was not cleaned unless you asked for it, and if you asked for it, it was cleaned through one place, towels and bed were not changed once in 10 days
Feeding the disgusting same thing for breakfast, for lunch, and for dinner, it was no longer possible to eat, either pasta or potatoes is the whole choice.
Natalie's employee a separate shot of her first dropping a floor polish (for putting food on) on the floor, on the tile, and then calmly picking it up and putting it in a cup of food is just a nightmare. No more words.
Such a hotel does not even cost 3 for that kind of money.

Poor isolation, cockroaches in the room. Same food every day. The stuff cleaned twice in a weak due to lack of stuff. It stood that we would have bottle water in the fridge at our fist day but the fridge was empty. Internet costs 3 euro per day and device.
The hotel manager was having problem with our agency (detur) and even though we paid in advance for the hotel he forced us to pay unreasonable price for the hotel again- he took 500 euro per person per week otherwise we would have to leave the hotel which was no option for me because I was alone with children and one child was sick at the time.

I didn't like the hotel, although I am very tolerant of many things. There were no advertised free sunbeds. Wi fi is free and really worked very poorly (I say this in comparison with other hotels of a similar level). And the staff could be friendlier towards guests. And yes, the first hotel where you have to clean up after yourself after eating. No, it's not difficult for me. But anyway. One of the positive aspects, rather than negative, was the food, there was always meat, vegetables, rice, etc. and room cleaning (frequently). Kittens, of course, are adorable, but when they climb onto the table where people eat, it is, to say the least, unhygienic. But no one cares about this. I will emphasize that I like 3-4 star hotels. But not this one.

We paid for two rooms for 4 friends. Our arrival began with receptionist telling us there electricity problem in our rooms, so we have to give you 1 room for 4 people for 1 day. One day turned into 3 days, and we did not get refund or any other compensation.
They are scummers and I don't even want to describe in details any other aspects of our stay. Hotel is dirty, food is spoiled, personal and owners are scummers.
