We stayed 8 nights in the Wora Bura and enjoyed it very much. The resort is beautiful with its colonial style buildings and lovely garden. Our room was spacious and well-equipped. The bathroom maybe could use an update. During our stay it was quiet in the resort (as in Hua Hin) so always enough sun beds at the lovely pool. Breakfast was ok, not really 5* although enough to chose from. Easy access to the beach for a swim or walk. Main road through Hua Hin is 2 mins walk via a field, there you will find restaurants, supermarkets etc. The hotel offers free bikes which we used a lot. We also used the gym often, only point to improve is the airco as it didn’t work well which made the gym quite hot. We also did the BBQ evening with live music, a nice treat. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Rooms are cleaned well, as is the whole property. We recommend the Wora Bura, especially if you want to avoid the standard hotel chains and stay in a lovely Thai style environment. …
Nice resort, great room in Thai Style, Garden needs more care, Breakfast okay, Good Service, Direct at the Beach, Good for 1-2 nights. At Hua Hin you can not swim because of jellyfish this time. In Hua Hin itself you have everything. It is a nice small city.
i had pleasant stay at Wora Bura, from the check-in till check-out it was wonderful, the staff, service, room and pool are great, the atmosphere is quiet and if you want more quieter you better book in weekday, the location of the hotel near to the Circada Market and Tamarind market just walk by and the hotel offer shuttle bus
Really relaxing and traditional Thai style resort hotel. I visited with my Thai fiancé for 3 nights for a relaxing break together. Check in was very easy and friendly. The lady on reception, Sai, personally escorted us to our room and explained about the hotel facilities. Our room was on the ground floor and was lovely and quiet and very traditionally Thai. The bathroom opened up to the bedroom with wooden doors. The swimming pool was lovely and relaxing plus beach access was easy. The breakfast buffet is of superb quality and has many options of Thai, western or Chinese style. Overall a wonderful stay in a lovely hotel. A special mention must go to Sai who was so helpful and a credit to the hotel. Thank you.
The resort is situated by the beach on the outskirts of Hua Hin, and consists of delightful colonial old-style buildings around magnificent gardens. Koi carp streams with wooden bridges abound giving a tranquil feel. The room was spacious and well furnished and we found it very comfortable. As you would expect in Thailand, the staff were all very welcoming and smiling. The food was beyond expectations...thankyou Wora Bura Chef! We look forward to our return and recommend this resort wholeheartedly.
We were very impressed with this hotel, the gracious welcome, the smiles and the kindness shown to an elderly couple. Be warned that there are many steps in this hotel that can take one by surprise. The stairs were too much for us so without any fuss and still with grace and smiles we were upgraded to a downstairs room. Fabulous! Beautiful surroundings. We loved every minute of our stay. Thank you for wonderful memories of a Thai hotel at its best, the memories are cherished.
Wora Bura Hotel is a hotel next to the sea. It is a beautiful place with a Thai style. The reception staff will wear Thai clothes and provide very good service. There are many beautiful rooms to choose from and there are many types of food to choose from as well.

After being locked down from covid 19, we finally made our first family trip away from Bangkok when we heard the area is finally open for tourists. Remember Hua Hin when we were young, we really wanted this family trip to be special so we purposely looked for a very unique resort that would remind us and introduce the next generation to the uniqueness of Hua Hin. We found it perfectly at Wora Bura Resort! It’s such a beautiful setting with architecture of the period but offering modern amenities and welcoming services. I can’t say enough how beautiful this resort is both inside the villa, guest room and the grounds. No, it’s not the newest resort but it’s well maintained. No, it’s not the most modern aesthetic but it’s not one of those run of the mills boring places. It’s most surprising that the resort provides accommodation for elderly access quite well. It’s not perfect but certainly our elderly mom was having a wonderful time. The staffs were quite helpful and eager to help. The breakfast buffet was delicious and enough variety to satisfy everyone. Again, it’s not the Michelin rated but it’s very satisfying especially if you try non- western breakfast. We didn’t try the resort restaurant as we wanted to go to our old favorite places in town when we grew up. But the ambiance of the restaurant looks good as it’s right on the beach. With a big group, a few stayed in the two bedroom villa with partial view to the sea. Each bedroom is quite large and perfectly suited for 4 people. It’s beautifully appointed. The other stayed in the deluxe room which is supposed to be the “smallest” room of the resort. But it’s very sizable room with two beds, living area and small outdoor patio. The room decoration is very similar to the two bedroom villa so we were quite happy with the rooms. The WiFi was good throughout the resort and we had no issue. The hotel is located south of the Hua Hin old town, closer to Khao Takiep. It’s walkable to the Cicada Market (a bit less than - 1 km) So we were quite happy with our stay. This becomes our go-to resort in Hua Hin now. Highly recommended!!…
The pool area is amazing, green and relaxed and beach just in front of the hotel. The complimentary hotel shuttle takes to you the center or to the mall few times a day. Breakfast was good and the spa is really worth trying. Our room was clean, very spacious and had everything we needed for the holiday.
