Wow! We had a great 6 night stay at the Marrakesh. Came with friends who were blown away with the service level this hotel offers. Rooms are spacious and the bed was super comfortable. Staff are fantastic and a special thank you to Game who met us with a smile everyday at breakfast and arranged a “cooking class” for the six of us. We will be back to the Marrakesh without a shadow of doubt.

Lovely small hotel with outstanding staff. Breakfast was excellent and like the bath in balcony. Would have like to have 2 chairs in room. Location just on beach was also great. But must mention Mr Game he made our stay truely incredible and we got best service we had ever had from him. Strongly recommend this hotel great value for money.

Exotic decor hotel Moroccan style, all rooms are with huge jacuzzi that fits two in the huge balcony. Comfortable rooms , staff is cooperative, breakfast was good not extravagant but decent variety. Food and service good. Beachside bar overlooking the ocean , must try their signature cocktails. Delicious and good presentation. Enjoyed our stay.

Very nice and intime resort. Service is fabolous! Rooms are big and very clean! Loved the bathtub/jacuzzi on balcony! We got our room in floor 3 wich was good. Noi noises or anything. Aircondition worked well! You can walk straight to the ocean from pool and vice versa. Breakfast was the best we’ve had in this whole holiday. And hotels restaurant food was also very delicious! Special thank to lovely staff. They made us feel welcomed from a start to the end of this trip. I wanna mention a special guy from staff : Game who was helping my wife when se had so bad hangover :D also everyday he was very kind and asked if we wanted something, he called his friends when we needed a taxi. Poolside was very quiet and calm. And loved the wind from the sea. Next time we will absolutely book this hotel again! 5 star service and for us this hotel was worth 5 stars!…

Would highly recommend, the hotel is a great location and the rooms are very spacious and to a high standard. Staff are all friendly and welcoming, would personally like to thank the staff at breakfast. They were all so attentive and understood that we were vegetarian and went out of their way to ensure we we got what we wanted. It is a smaller hotel compared to the other big names, would recommend even more because you get a more personal service and peace and quiet.

The room is clean and spacious with a unique design which we like it. The hotel has direct access to the Hua Hin beach and close to many nice restaurants. Delicious breakfast with good quality and selection. Staff are polite and attentive with a good service mind. We choose room that has a Jacuzzi tub on the balcony with seaview and we love it. Overall, good stay.

We loved the decor, lovely pool out the back that looks onto the beach. There is a mall about 10 minutes walk that has nice food. Hotel drinks are a little pricey so usually we went out for meals and drinks. Breakfast beautiful, I especially liked the Thai selection. Staff really friendly and helpful. Rooms cleaned everyday to a high standard. Would definitely go back!!

We came to Marrakesh with my 2-month-old daughter and my 74 year old father. The staff were amazing with our family. They helped my Dad get his breakfast from the buffet. BIG THANKS to Khun Joom, who helped me find my wallet, which I had totally forgotten at the pool. Khun Ying dedication to helping my Father at breakfast was amazing and Khun Note makes the best omelettes in Hua Hin! The housekeeping staff very helpful and everyone stops to chat when walking through the resort. Hope to be back again soon.

This is a nicely designed hotel, bur for all this loveliness some practicality has been sacrificed. You enter the room through the bathroom, between toilet and shower. There is no normal chair or some table in case you would want to write something or use a laptop. Also no outlet by the bed for chargers. There is a nice balcony with a large jacuzzi. There is a view of the pool, but this is not the hotel's pool. That is on the other side and is a nice large pool, 1.30 m deep. Our deal included a set menu. Out of four choices we chose crab curry with chicken wings. The curry was so spicy that it was impossible for the average foreigner to eat. There was some oily bread and the chicken wings were very dry and not tender or juicy. Sorry to say one of my worst dinners in Thailand and I left with an empty stomach. Breakfast the next morning was very good however. Staff in general was friendly and helpful.…

We stayed there for our anniversary. We contacted the hotel to ask about any travel restrictions if we come to hua hin and we received quick and helpful answers which made a positive first impression. Unfortunately then we already had problems when making the reservation. We tried to use Travel Together but there was a problem with the link. So after being in contact with the bank and the hotel it ended up working but since then it was only a few days before our arrival we ended up paying more than originally planned but getting a lower room category. We felt like the reservation team could have been more helpful in trying to find the best possible solution or any offer. We arrived by car and when we entered the parking lot we were not even sure that we are in the right place since nobody was there to show us where to go. At checkin the staff was friendly but throughout our stay nobody seemed like they wanted to go the extra mile to deliver good customer service which could be expected for that room price. We think some small things could have already made our overall experience better. For example the card in our room could have had our names instead of a generic „valued customer“ since you know that it is our anniversary or it would have been nice if the staff would have tried to explain information in English since my boyfriend cannot understand Thai and then has to ask me again what was said. It could already put a smile on our face if someone would have asked how was our day, our sleep or if we are enjoying the stay. We did enjoy the room we had, the afternoon tea as well the pool and all the facilities a lot. Hopefully our criticism can help to improve the service at your hotel. Kind regards…
