Great place to eat, every course was superb. There were 8 of us , that can sometimes be a problem but we were actually looked after really well. We had local wine, a sparkling rose from Tinwood it was excellent. The brownie and ice cream was delicious.

We had not been to the Crab and Lobster for 4.5 years when I celebrated a lovely sunny birthday lunch on the terrace. This time, we took my mother for her birthday celebration. There were 6 of us and it was very, very busy as it was a Saturday and the start of half-term. Recommend you book a table! Service...

This was our first visit to the Crab & Lobster and we were pleasantly surprised. It is tucked away but well worth seeking out. There is a garden area for warmer months with views over the fields to the sea. The restaurant itself has a cosy feel which is helped by a log fire. There is a main menu or...

We had a short but sweet one night stay at the Crab and Lobster and we thoroughly enjoyed it. It is tucked away down a tiny single track lane and although you're actually very close to the A27 it feels as though you are truly in the middle of nowhere. It sits close to the coast next to an area...

We stayed at the Crab & Lobster on Friday and Saturday night. The room was lovely, really big and had everything that would be needed. Nice toiletries, tea/coffee making facilities etc. Only suggestion would be it is quite noisy with guests in the room above but that is what you get with an old property. If anything could be done...

This is a slightly belated "Thank You" to Helen and the team at 'The Crab and Lobster' for making our recent wedding anniversary celebration so wonderful. We visit the Chichester area regularly and we always make time to visit this lovely little restaurant....it has become our favourite place to eat. We tried to book a table for six but the...

We stayed two nights at this wonderful restaurant with rooms. The menu is fish orientated but a great selection of food on offer for both lunch and dinner. Very smart contemporary décor with a real buzz. Only yards from salt water marshes which is teeming with birds and offers great walking. We stayed in their Crab Cottage which was excellent....

Popped in for a pint whilst on a wet and muddy cycle ride. We were asked if we wanted to eat. "No thanks, just a drink and crisps" as we waited for the drinks to be pulled the Front of House Manager told us we could sit by the fire (real) and warm up. He would clear the laid table...

After almost two years we revisited this restaurant and weren't disappointed. Friendly, welcoming staff and a very good ambiance made us wonder why we'd left it so long to return. A good menu with local fresh daily catches meant there was a good choice. Serving decent fresh vegetables, unusual in restaurants these days was also a great addition to our...
