Picked this B&B as a last minute getaway and what a great choice it was. Beautiful location, nice views, well kept house with friendly owners. Outstanding value for money. The most comfortable bed we have ever stayed in! Breakfast was delicious and fresh. Would recommend to friends and visit again.

This is a lovely B&B with quality bedding, thoughtful extras in the bedrooms, and immaculately clean. The breakfast was delicious and plentiful - best mushrooms ever! I would definitely recommend a stay a Landseer House. Thanks to Sarah and the lovely staff.

My Mother and I stayed for four nights at Landseer House. Most enjoyable and the perfect location for visiting local places of interest. The room and house are beautifully furnished, clean and comfortable. Excellent shower and beds. Breakfast delicious and coffee spot on.

My partner and I (and our dog) stayed in one of the self catering cottages in the lovely grounds of the stunning Landseer House. The cottage is a converted outbuilding and has everything you could need. Small touches like blackout blinds, plenty of sockets (in the right place) and a full length mirror make this a home from home. An...

Had the pleasure of staying here for one night. Lovely hosts that were not too intrusive. Eveything you would expect at a b&b. Breakfast was well cooked and yummy. The only thing that i would say was that, depending which room you are in, you can hear the tv/other noise coming from another room. Would recommend 😆 Due to location...

My husband and don't live far from Sidlesham but we had never been and decided we fancied a night away from our adorable kids! I chose Landseer House mainly because of the picture. Upon arrival our host was very polite and welcoming. We were her only guests that night. Our room was immaculate. The bed was huge, I have a...

I stayed in a fantastic room which had been decorated and furbished to fit to the style of the house. The stay was...

Landseer House is an upmarket B&B - lovely rooms, linens and breakfast room - no lounge or bar or evening restaurant - but that is what a B&B is. Comfy beds - we stayed in room 2 which has a separate bathroom across the landing, but actually this was nicer than a tiny en-suite crammed in a cupboard. It was...

A quiet location, lovely house, comfortable beds and an excellent breakfast. Friendly hosts and beautiful garden with far reaching views. Do ask the owner to show you and explain the impressive painting in the dining area.
