This B&B is located 15 minutes from Dublin Airport and next to a charming seaside village called Howth. We took a 20 minute train ride into Dublin city to explore the attractions, then came back and ate dinner in Howth before heading to bed to catch our early flight. Mr Staunton was very accommodating and made the best porridge of... More

As you approach Azure you are taken by the immaculate yard, with raised flower beds, tightly trimmed edges and beautiful flowers. The house is neatly painted with the blue (Azure) door, etc. you would expect form the name. The best part, though, is yet to come. The host, Tom, is a wonderfully delightful man with an encyclopedic knowledge of all... More

I'm so glad we chose to stay here on our final night. Very close to Dublin and the quaint seaside town of Howth. The house is immaculate and very quiet; we slept great. Breakfast was delicious; the only place we were able to try porridge! Would definitely come back again!

A great getaway from the hustle and bustle of Dublin. Tom and Eileen are great, usually glad to give you a lift to the DART station where the trip into Dublin City Center is quick and easy. Walking to the DART is a bit of a hoof, took at least 30 minutes. Room was very comfortable although the shower was... More

Although this place was smaller than the other B&B's we encountered on our tour of southern Ireland, we really enjoyed it! It was convenient for taking the DART into Dublin and close of the harbor and restaurants. The owner was also very sweet and had very friendly dogs.

Two days was not enough! Tom & Eileen were gracious and caring. The rooms were lovely and the breakfast was elegant. Everyone must try Eileen's porridge and brown bread! The best! We plan on staying with them again.

Tom has beautiful a garden. Was the first thing we noted. Next was his insistence that we may not stay for our full reservation because someone else was coming in. We checked in with the determination that we were not leaving until our full reservation was completed. She straightened Tom out by the time we got back from town. Had... More

We landed in Ireland, a bit disoriented, with our rental car but without our luggage. Eileen and Tom gave us a warm welcome, a comfortable room, a great breakfast, directions to the train for a stress-free trip into the city, and a friendly send-off onto our journey. Also, there was no problem with parking. Howth is a lovely seaside area... More

We are a family of four and enjoyed our stay in the family room which was very spacious and very clean. Breakfast was fantastic and the hosts very nice and helpful giving valuable information on where to go, what to do and how to get to Dublin. The train to Dublin takes 20 minutes which is a good way of... More

Our room was small with its tiny private bathroom located across the hall, but in spite of this I'm giving Azure B&B a five star rating. The garden was gorgeous and the hosts, Eileen and Tom very helpful and charming. The location suited us well as we didn't want to drive in Dublin traffic. The train ride into Dublin was... More
