Lovely hotel and grounds set in Ennistymon, close to the main street with nice bars and few shops to walk around. We had a lovely stay the room was big and spacious. We ate in the restaurant in the evening, opting for 3 courses and coffee which was great service and then had a meal in the bar which is more relaxed the next day, Good value for money.

There was lots of positives from our stay inlcuding use of the leisure centre, lovely breakfast, good bar food, scenic and we were overall enjoying our stay very well. However, on Sunday morning approx 10am I retunured from breakfast to knocking from housekeeping, I informed them I was still in the room. Soon after I made a trip to the car with a bag, asked again by housekeeping in the hallway in the room was free – I said no Im still using the room and had items inside Returned to my room from this trip to relax – again knocking and entering the rooom immediately by housekeeping, informed im still using the room I shortly after went for  little walk around the hotel – when I returned shortly after 11 the room door was wide open and a big deep clean underway – I was still using the room and left some items in the room I retrieved. Note: I had not at any point checked out of the hotel The absolute badgering and boderline harrassment of housekeeping staff was just horrendous and completely spoilt the trip. I informed my father about this – as he was staying in room just down the hall and he reported they had walked into the room while he was sleeping just past 10am! The invasion of privacy was not at all plesent. Felt badgered and harassed Informed reception however all they said was that shouldn't have happened as we hadn't checked out. Emailed the manager before writing this and did receive a reply stating it would be reported to housekeeping. It was good of them to reply however didnt really help with the whole situation. May return the spa but unlikely to the hotel

The Falls Hotel was the answer to my prayers, when I was searching for a venue for my family to stay and have a rehearsal dinner on the night before my wedding .. We had 21 people, including children, for Dinner and to stay overnight. I had the privilege of staying in a suite which was just stunning. Gorgeous food, gorgeous decor, spectacular views of the falls and the team were terrific. A special shout out to Annette Gavin ... she went above and beyond the call of duty .. Thank you So Much.. We will back again this summer to see you all again.

Had a 3 night stay with my husband and some friends. The staff were very friendly and efficient. The room was spacious and very clean. We had a voucher which included dinner on one night. The food in the restaurant was delicious so we ate there on the other 2 nights as well. The breakfast each morning was lovely with plenty of choices to every taste. Everything tasted freshly cooked and was delicious. The hotel is situated beside the river which generates all of the electricity for the hotel. There are lovely walks along the river and the town is just a stones throw away. All in all a lovely experience and one we fully intend to repeat.

My husband and I checked into the falls hotel for a 3-night Easter break. We had a fabulous stay. The hotel is buzzing with a warm relaxed and family vibe. We dined in both the restaurant and the bar and ate out one night. The food was really good in both places and the portions were plenty. I’d recommend the fish and chips in the bar. The restaurant food was fabulous too. I had the seabass and my husband had the steak. Twas fabulous. The desserts were too good! The Breakfast was really lovely and good quality. The staff were extremely attentive. Every night there was live music in the bar, which was great. Bedrooms were perfect with the gorgeous handmade soap company products, which you’d expect in a five star hotel. The spa experience was amazing. To top it off there was an outdoor hot tub! Plus the hotel is surrounded by amazing forest scenery and lovely safe walks. Ennistymon is a beautiful town colorful town with everything you need, including cheese and organic food shops!! What more could you want? Will be back again for sure.

Myself and my daughter went for a spa evening at the Falls hotel as we live nearby. From the moment we arrived we were treated so well, friendly staff, lovely atmosphere. We arrived early and were shown around. We used the outdoor hot tub, sauna and steam room before our treatments after which we chilled in the relaxation room with gorgeous views of the river. We had the full body massage and a facial. The massage was the best I’ve ever had. The treatment rooms are cosy and the treatments are top class. If you’re in the area or staying at this hotel this spa is a must! 10/10

Lovely hotel with gorgeous furnishings lovely views, I enjoyed my stay with my young family. The pool was a great hit! I also loved how the hotel is fully powered by HEP power from the nearby river. I had a lovely view of the river from my room. The staff were friendly, helpful and conversational. The steam room and sauna were great experiences and very relaxing. The local attractions were very picturesque. The food was lovely and the breakfast was very enjoyabe and tasty. I enjoyed my stay here and would definitely recommend it to any person looking for a relaxing look hotel break. 5 star experience.

Not a four star, like so many similarly rated hotels in Ireland! While the food and bar were good overall stay was spoilt by the quality and size of the double bed(too small). Coffee served with overflow in the saucer "as machine is discharging too much for the cup size"

We arrived on Sunday afternoon to coffee and scones while waiting for our room to be ready. Then we went to our rooms. They were spacious and best of all, as mature senior citizens, there was no extra charge for single rooms. That was bliss. We had dinner bed and breakfast for 4 days and the food was perfect. The service and staff were amazing. Nothing was too much trouble.
