The view was something else, the food was tasty and the wine was pretty good. The only issue I had was with the round table which shook each time we moved as it was in need of an adjustment - unfortunately it took away from the ambience and delicious food. The staff couldn't have been nicer and they went out of their way to ensure we were happy. Worth a visit for the view alone if nothing else.

Had the most beautiful two night stay in this hotel. The staff go above & beyond for you. We had two kids with us & everyone was so friendly & kind to them. Ate in the restaurant both nights which was amazing & the breakfast had great choice & was yummy. Would highly recommend for couples or families alike.

The Cliff House Hotels deserves nothing less than a 5 star rating. The hospitality, kindness and generosity was nothing like anything we had ever experienced before . Last week myself and 6 friends went to the cliff house hotel for dinner and drinks. Following a brief conversation with the owner Fiona outside the front entrance of the hotel she refused to allow us to sleep in our camper van which was parked close by the hotel. Storm Ellen was about to hit and although we reassured her we would be completely safe she explained how she simply could not have it on her conscience to see a group of us stay overnight in a storm in a camper van. Therefore free of charge she provided us with 4 rooms in which we all slept extremely comfortably. It was an act of kindness none of us had ever experienced before. Her generosity and kind nature was astonishing. Additionally the food and table service was second to none and each and every staff member was incredibly welcoming. We all could not recommend the Cliff House Hotel enough and we would encourage anyone in the area to come here for top quality food served by top quality staff. 10/10- We’ll be back!!!

A group of us stopped in on a rainy afternoon for lunch. We came for the chowder & were not disappointed. Their homemade soda bread was delicious and they brought lots for the table. Portions were very generous and everyone enjoyed their meals. We had a lovely young man serving us. He was brilliant and so attentive. I would highly recommend and would definitely return! Thank you :)

Stopped by here recently for lunch on a gorgeous sunny day. We were staying in Banna and visited the nearby town of Ballybunnion. Staff were lovely and helpful. Following all safety guidelines, delivering beautifully presented delicious food. And very well priced too. Would highly recommend and will certainly visit again if ever in the locality.
