We stayed at Kincora House's two bedroom suite behind the main house, called Sweet William house. The owner recently completed a fabulous build out of that space, which was a perfect apartment for our family of 4. It had a lovely private patio surrounded by a variety of green plantings and pretty floral plantings, and also had parking for our... More

My wife and I had a delightful time in Deborah' charming B&B in the delightful town of Killaloe. A perfect location in the heart of town with its own parking lot (which we did not need because we found street parking). Breakfast was the best we had in our Ireland travels.

From my first contact (on line) with Deborah I felt a warm connection. My cousin and I were researching family roots in the area and Deborah was the perfect hostess, She arranged for us to meet all the people who could help us and drove us around herself. We loved her B&B in the heart of Killaloe and in the... More

Deborah is a warm-hearted and attentive hostess, who shares her extensive knowledge of where to go and what to do in the area. Healthier options are available but the full Irish breakfast we had was tasty and filling. The house is furnished and decorated to bring out its character. Altogether a most pleasant stay.

Upon my arrival Deb, the owner, greeted me with a hug and a cup of tea in the parlor/breakfast room. Then she helped me park my rental car on the very narrow street. She was totally charming and loads of fun. Her two dogs Frankie and Billie were available when I needed a dog to pet. We spent a day... More

We knocked on the door in the Easter holidays on the off chance that there was space, we had just done a lot of very cold miles on our motor bike. Ursula opened the door and from that moment made us feel extreemly welcome, she showed us to a fantastic safe enclosed large back garden to park up in. What... More

Lovely house, cosy and welcoming room with charming decoration. The best part of the stay however was the delightful hostess, her enchanting daughter and their endearing little dog Josie. What an enviable family environment. Delicious breakfast with locally sourced ingredients, Ursula's homemade soda bread is definitely worth getting the recipe for. I would also recommend the Farmer's Market on a... More

The room was tiny, a narrow bed of 135 mm for a couple and also along the wall. The room did not have plugs. And reeked of smoke. The worst was the ridiculous breakfast Irish breakfast. A fried egg, a sausage and two pieces of bacon. That's it.
