This is the first negative review I ever entered but feel it is important to let others know how disappointing this property is. From the lobby to the rooms, it felt very shabby. The room overlooked the roof, with the vents from the kitchens. We could even hear them talking in the kitchen of the restaurant below. We never brought... More

Amazing village in West Cork to base yourself to experience the beautiful Beara Peninsula. Hotel was a haven for us to go back to after days out and about in the Peninsula and local area. Breakfast was generously laid out with cereals etc and choice of hot food. Ate here for dinner on first night, local mussels are a must... More

The rooms vary in size but they're all clean and modern. We arrived one night, with a dinner/room/breakfast deal and decided to stay an extra night. They moved us to a bigger and nicer room - overlooking the road. But this is such a quiet area, so even in July, it was lovely and quiet. Special mention for Sean on... More

We stayed here one night. The staff was nice and the room very comfortable with a large bathroom and all sorts of amenities. The WiFi was very fast. The price was lower than other similar hotels we have been. There is a nice Bistro in the hotel were you can have a nice meal too.

Lovely Hotel in Glengarriff, Modern, Nice Rooms - Food to die for, ate on both nights of my visit, The staff were super - they were all very busy, but they seemed to know what they were doing - Over heard a customer mention the service was slow; I have to disagree - It's better to wait a little longer... Beautiful hotel. Staff very friendly. Had evening meal in the restaurant. Fabulous food. Breakfast excellent. Food served all day. Recommend mussels and fish cakes to start. Fish curry and duck were great. Hope to return soon.
