Just spent one night here.on entering the hotel, the lobby is nicely decorated and the front of house staff were lovely.this was as good as it got.our room was extremely basic and unbelievably dated.there was no comfort in the room.it was definetly not possible to use it as somewhere nice to relax and unwind.

A bit disappointed our room had an extra single bed which took up a lot of space making the room very small, but it was clean and comfortable. I thought a hotel... More

Very pleasant 3 night stay in the imperial. We arrived late on Sunday evening, dinner was served and our cases were taken straight to our room. Food is ample and well presented and cooked, choice of 3 main courses. Service was good, mainly served by polish and Croatian staff. Friendly and hardworking team. Our room was nice, quite compact but... More
