My husband and I are only just home from a lovely weekend in Ross Lake Hotel Galway. May I say thank you Elaine, Henry & Staff for a fantastic welcome and such truly wonderful food. WE WILL BE BACK!!!

This country inn was the perfect Irish experience in the Connemara countryside. Elaine and Henry were wonderful hosts. The food was delicious, the Irish coffees outstanding and the ambience lovely. The rooms were very comfortable with all amenities. We would love to return someday.

Stayed here with himself on the start of our Connemara Adventure ... Was greeted by Henry ( the owner) who was both welcoming and engaging ... Everything from the rooms to the breakfast China had old world charm and I would highly recommend it

About 5kms from Oughterard! Not on main road, Look out for sign to turn off to right & then a further 2kms or so down a narrow road! Main road going from Oughterard to Athlone(Main road from Galway to Athlone) Well worth... More
