Booked late notice. Got a reduced price by calling instead of online. Arival was smooth. Up to the rom, nice and modern. There was a noise which sounded like water pipes or something. Girl from reception confirmed it was across the hall having a shower and it stopped a minute later so no issue. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast the next morning was greta. Nice cold buffet croissants etc, cooked breakfast that also included eggs Benedict and omelettes and full Irish. breakfast is overlooking the ocean. I went for the eggs Benedict, it was fantastic. 55 EURO B and B. Couldn't beat it.
What an amazing hotel. Really friendly staff. Had breakfast. Lunch and dinner there could not fault food. and the views from the rooms and restaurant are unreal. And just two minutes from the train station and walking distance to all the visitor sights. The titanic experience is well worth doing. I will be back.
We stayed on a 2 night midweek break_ 2 nights b&b plus 1 dinner Friendly ,professional staff, lovely double room with a view. All mod cons clean bathroom with soaps, condition era, shampoos etc Bit disappointed that for the dinner on 1 night ,we were not advised that it was 3 course only including tea /coffee,we had dessert, but didn't bother with tea/coffee and were charged extra 14 euro for desert Otherwise all good and would recommend
We stayed for 3 nights. Great location. Lovely food. Friendly staff. Cosy accommodation. Lots to do and see in Cobh even in poor weather conditions. Steeped in maritime history which is well depicted in its historical centre and museums. We really enjoyed the few days.
myself and my husband stayed here on the 19th October for one night. my first impression when we pulled up outside was oh it doesnt look great but was I wrong we asked for a room with a sea view and that's exactly what we got (see photos) this small hotel has to be one of the most comfortable cosy friendly hotels I ever stayed in the staff were so nice the place was spotless room was huge with 2 king size beds it was so relaxing listening to the waves crashing against the sea wall the breakfast was very tasty and plentiful overall our break away was so relaxed and we will definitely be returning.the train station is 3mins away with great value €7 return per adult into cork and parking was free I would highly reccomend this hotel for a relaxing wkend away
