Beautiful cosy home. Unbelievable view from room. Family extremely friendly and breakfast was amazing. We were here for a wedding and if ever back in Castletownbere we will stay here again. 2 minutes from town. Colin farrell stayed here.

Te hostess and breakfast were excellent. The rooms are large for the area. Breathtaking views from the porch. Very warm and welcoming community. Would definitely visit again and recommend to family/friends.

Lovely roomy B&B, lots of rooms, good size and comfortable bed. We had a large double room with an extra single bed. Tea/coffee making facilities. Lovely view of tge water. Nice dining room with a great selection on their breakfast menu. Very close to restaurants and centre of town. Made use of the laundromat in town which was a great... More

Sea Breeze provided an excellent one night stay on the very scenic Beara Pennislula. The location overlooks the shore and the sitting room and dining room offered great views of the water. The room was well furnished and the breakfast was excellent as well. Lots of helpful information about the area was provided.

The house is large with many guest rooms, we found the rooms to be clean but smaller than we like. The bed was comfortable and Noralene did everything possible to make our stay enjoyable. My only problem was the size of the rooms being handicap and walking with a cane can be very confining.

We stayed for one night while travelling with Hillwalk Tours. Noralene is a wonderful host: just after our arrival she phoned the B&B next on our list to clear some details. For breakfast, you can choose from quite a list; including of course delicious full Irish breakfast. Our room was next to the driveway and close to the street, however... More

Now that I've finally completed cycling the Wild Atlantic Way, looking back over the whole journey from Kinsale to Derry I can definitely say that Sea Breeze at Castletownbere was the best bed & breakfast I stayed in. Noralene McGurn gave a genuinely warm welcome and her porridge was absolutely the best, using organic oatmeal - we could really taste... More

Noralene is a fantastic host! She's discreet, and warm, and very gracious-- the perfect greeting after getting off a long and harrowing day's drive. My husband and I are traveling the wild Atlantic way on our honeymoon, and this was a perfect introductory stop on a few counts. First off, the lodgings are very cozy and well appointed. The water... We stayed two nights at the Sea Breeze, having arrived from a long journey from Dublin. The room was large, quiet, and comfortable and the bathroom was super. Breakfast was ample and delicious, and everyone was very helpful. We stayed there again the second night after our first day of hiking on Bere Island. It was just lovely. The view... More

Sea Breeze (a modern, exquisitely designed, built for purpose B&B) was the ideal accommodation for our extended stay while exploring the delightful Beara Peninsula. Our room, overlooking the sea, was spacious, tastefully furnished and well equipped. We particularly enjoyed the use of the guests' well appointed lounge, again with extensive sea views across to Bere Island. Noralene is the most... More
