Ringo Star met us at the door with a warm welcome! Mona is absolutely amazing!!! The room was wonderful and very peaceful. I loved the fresh flowers but the Irish hospitality was by far the best!!!!! I wish we had time to stay here a week! Thanks for making us feel at home! Jim and Eileen

It was lovely, homey and helpful. Mona gives light and heart to Skibbereen. If all the businesses could only know how she refers so many to them, whether they are other B&B's, restaurants, shops and/or services of any kinds. I saw it all. The love of guests and her community, the time she takes to meet individual touring or vacationers...

This has the Today fm award for Irelands most unusual b&b and it is fully deserving of it. The exterior gives some hint to the treasures that are inside. If you are tired of the tried and tested and are prepared to accept something decidedly different then the Bridge House is the place for you. Nothing could prepare you for the uniqueness that Mona, your hostess, offers in her quirky & very charming bed & breakfast conveniently located on the main street of the town. Look out for mannequins...

Wow, what can I say? From the moment we arrived and were greeted warmly by Mona, to the moment we left, we loved Bridge House. Mona has filled this place with treasures, and you find something new to catch your eye each time you look. Our room was fabulously decorated with lots of little touches that only Mona would think...
