A gem of a place to stay. Anne greeted us with tea and biscuits, just what we needed after a long day in the road. Fabulous breakfast, spacious room, very comfortable stay. Near Valentia Island and Portmagee, easy trip over and back. Good recommendations for diner and things to do and see. Follow the Atlantic Way to see the coast... More

Ann and Ian Nugent continue to offer a great experience at their bed and breakfast in Cahersiveen, County Kerry. It is very peaceful, clean and rejuvenating. The food is delish, the beds very comfortable and whole area is beautiful beyond words. The wifi is top notch, too. The Nugents are great hosts who make their guests feel at home. You... More

We had only one night at Ann's and Ian's B & B, but we stayed there almost ten years ago for over a week. It remains a beautiful bed and breakfast, with gorgeous views of mountains, hills and water. The rooms were clean, comfortable and ample in size. The breakfast was excellent and our hosts were, as we remembered before,... More

I stayed here while hiking the Kerry Way and cannot say enough about how considerate and thoughtful Ann and Ian were. They were very helpful in getting me to and from the trail to their B&B. I had a very slight limp when I arrived (knee had stiffened up a little) and they noticed it and offered me an ice... More

This is a wonderful place in which to stay. The hospitality, the craic, the breakfasts, accommodation was second to none and I would strongly recommend this home to anyone wanting to visit the Ring of Kerry. Ann Nugent's food is delicious; she is so homely, knowledgable, welcoming and obliging. The perfect hostess. The ensuite bedroom was very comfortable, the dining... More

We had a wonderful stay at Ann and Ian's B&B. Comfortable and hospitable rooms. Breakfast was wonderful. They are excellent sources of information about the local area especially the walking tours. I cannot wait to return again for another excellent visit.

This b&b is okay for one night sleep on your way exploring Ring of Kerry. Breakfast was good, not too much to select from, but enough to be well fed. However rooms strongly need some upgrade and refurbishment. I felt it was cold and humid in a room. Everything is a bit outdated. Cahersiveen itself is very small. For food... More

I could rave about this B&B for a few reasons: large comfortable rooms, good pillows, large, luxurious bathroom, and delicious breakfast. We stayed in 10 B&Bs during our hiking the Kerry Way. in Dingle, and Kinsale. A couple of others measured up to the room and food, but none could top Ian's hospitality and thoughtfulness. His wife, Ann, was lovely... More

I was on the same guided walking trip as reviewer Shoreylb, and reiterate the comments regarding Cul Draiochta. The warmth of Ann and family is apparent from the moment you walk through the door. Even our last day of hiking, which was the only day of driving rain, was delightful as we could enjoy relaxing in the lounge area with... More

We stayed at this B&B for three nights during a guided walking tour in Kerry. The hosts were great. They gave us tea or coffee and scones in the afternoon, and the scones were great! The rooms were of adequate size and the beds were good. A number of us had hand washed some clothes and the hosts collected them... More
